Claims (14)
- 硝子体切除プローブシステムであって、
本体、
前記本体から延びる主管腔を有する管状要素、
前記本体に接続され、狭角ビームを有する第1の光源と広角ビームを有する第2の光源とを備える複数の光源、
前記複数の光源で作動可能な光学スイッチングシステムであって、前記複数の光源をスイッチング周波数で切り替えるように構成された光学スイッチングシステム、及び、
前記主管腔内の可視化光ファイバであって、前記可視化光ファイバとともに作動可能な前記複数の光源によって提供される照明を、前記光学スイッチングシステムを介して放出するように構成された、可視化光ファイバ、
を備え、
前記複数の光源を切り替える前記スイッチング周波数は、人間の眼のリフレッシュ速度よりも高く、前記可視化光ファイバを通じた前記複数の光源によって同時ライティングの様相を呈する、硝子体切除プローブシステム。 - 前記光学スイッチングシステムは、前記複数の光源のそれぞれを独立して制御する、請求項1に記載の硝子体切除プローブシステム。
- 前記光学スイッチングシステムは時分割多重装置である、請求項1に記載の硝子体切除プローブシステム。
- 前記時分割多重装置は、前記複数の光源のそれぞれの間のスイッチングのための1つ又は複数の微小電気機械システムを含む、請求項3に記載の硝子体切除プローブシステム。
- 前記光学スイッチングシステムは、ランダムスイッチング周波数に従って前記複数の光源のそれぞれをアクティブ化又は非アクティブ化する、請求項1に記載の硝子体切除プローブシステム。
- 前記ランダムスイッチング周波数は所定のビデオリフレッシュ速度を超える、請求項5に記載の硝子体切除プローブシステム。
- 前記複数の光源のそれぞれは異なる照明特徴を備える、請求項1に記載の硝子体切除プローブシステム。
- 前記照明特徴は、波長、強度及び発散の少なくとも1つを備える、請求項7に記載の硝子体切除プローブシステム。
- 前記主管腔内の光学処置ファイバをさらに備え、前記光学処置ファイバはレーザビームを投射する、請求項1に記載の硝子体切除プローブシステム。

硝子体切除プローブを備え、該硝子体切除プローブは、
本体、
前記本体から延びる主管腔を有し、遠位端を備える管状要素、
前記本体に接続され、狭角ビームを有する第1の光源と広角ビームを有する第2の光源とを備える複数の光源、
前記主管腔内の単一の可視化光ファイバであって、前記単一の可視化光ファイバに接続された複数の光源によって提供される照明を、前記管状要素の前記遠位端から放出するように構成された、単一の可視化光ファイバ、及び、
前記複数の光源で作動可能な光学スイッチングシステムであって、前記複数の光源のそれぞれを独立して制御するように構成され、前記複数の光源をスイッチング周波数で切り替えるように構成された光学スイッチングシステム、
を有し、
前記複数の光源を切り替える前記スイッチング周波数は、人間の眼のリフレッシュ速度よりも高く、前記可視化光ファイバを通じた前記複数の光源によって同時ライティングの様相を呈する、硝子体切除プローブシステム。 - 前記光学スイッチングシステムは時分割多重装置である、請求項10に記載の硝子体切除プローブシステム。
- 前記時分割多重装置は、前記複数の光源のそれぞれの間のスイッチングのための1つ又は複数の微小電気機械システムを含む、請求項11に記載の硝子体切除プローブシステム。
- 前記光学スイッチングシステムは、ランダムスイッチング周波数に従って前記複数の光源のそれぞれをアクティブ化又は非アクティブ化する、請求項10に記載の硝子体切除プローブシステム。
