軸部と、前記軸部の先端部に設けられ径方向に弾性変形可能な矢尻部と、前記矢尻部よりも基端部側の前記軸部の部分に設けられ前記矢尻部に対向する脚部とを有した基板固定具に、取付孔が形成され前記取付孔に前記矢尻部が挿入されて前記矢尻部と前記脚部との間に挟まれることにより固定された基板を前記基板固定具から取り外す際に用いられる基板取外し治具であって、
前記矢尻部が挿入される筒部と、
前記矢尻部が引き抜かれた前記取付孔を塞ぐキャップ部材と
前記矢尻部との間に前記キャップ部材を挟んだ状態で、前記矢尻部が前記取付孔から引き抜かれる方向に前記矢尻部を押圧する押圧部材と
を備え、
前記筒部は、前記筒部に前記矢尻部が挿入されることにより、前記矢尻部が前記取付孔を通過可能となるように、前記矢尻部を径方向について収縮させ
