The circuit board dismounting tool provided by the application has the advantages of simple structure, small volume, light weight and simple use, and can be widely applied to electronic equipment; when the circuit board dismounting tool is applied to electronic equipment, the screw connection mechanism formed by the mounting structures of the fixing rod 1, the screw cylinder 2 and the connecting screw 3 can be always remained in the electronic equipment, when two layers of circuit boards are assembled or disassembled, the two transverse limit grooves 401 at the opening end of the sleeve 4 are sleeved on the screw switching column formed by the connecting screw 3 at the top end of the screw cylinder 2, and the handle 5 filled by the through hole 402 at the top end of the sleeve 4 rotates in a clockwise direction or a counterclockwise direction, so that the sleeve 4 and the screw cylinder 2 are driven to synchronously rotate in the same direction, and the two screwing switching columns 103 are driven to upwards or downwards rotate along the groove positions corresponding to the screw grooves 201, so that the two layers of circuit boards are driven to be close to or separated from each other, and quick mounting or dismounting is realized. The following describes schematically, by way of a specific example, the implementation of the circuit board assembling and disassembling tool and the electronic device provided by the embodiment of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the following describes the embodiments of the circuit board attaching/detaching tool and the electronic device provided by the embodiment of the present application in terms of composition, application, installation, specific use, and the like of the circuit board attaching/detaching tool.
(one) composition
The main body structure of the circuit board dismounting tool provided by the embodiment consists of a fixed rod 1, a spiral cylinder 2, a connecting screw 3, a sleeve 4 and a handle 5.
As shown in fig. 2, the fixing lever 1 includes: the connecting column comprises an external thread column section 104, a connecting column section 101 and a connecting column section 102, wherein two screwing connecting columns 103 protruding out of the surface of a column wall are symmetrically arranged at the end parts of the connecting column section 102. In one implementation, the connection column segment 101 may be configured as a square column structure with a square cross section, and the transfer column segment 102 may be configured as a cylindrical structure with a circular cross section; the upper end of the transfer column section 102 is provided with two protruding small cylinders as a screwing transfer column 103, and the two small cylinders are matched with two spiral grooves 201 in the spiral cylinder 2 for screwing installation.
As shown in fig. 3, the screw cylinder 2 includes a screw cylinder portion and a rod portion that form an integral coaxial structure; the top end of the rod part is provided with a threaded through hole 203 which is used for being matched with the connecting screw 3 to be installed, and a screw rod switching column is formed at the top of the screw cylinder 2; the spiral cylinder part is provided with a switching cavity 202 with one end open, and the cylinder wall is provided with two spiral grooves 201 in a central symmetry mode along the axis; with the vertical plane of the axis of the spiral cylinder part as a cross section, the groove positions of the two spiral grooves 201 on each cross section are in axisymmetric structures, so that the two screwing transfer posts 103 of the fixing rod 1 are embedded in the two spiral grooves 201 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the two screwing transfer posts 103 synchronously screw in the two spiral grooves 201 at the same time so as to screw from the bottom end face to the top end face of the spiral grooves 201.
In the specific embodiment, each spiral groove 201 is formed by two spiral curved surfaces arranged in parallel, and the inside of the spiral groove is the switching cavity 202 of the spiral cylinder 2.
As shown in fig. 4, the middle part of the connecting screw 3 is specifically provided with a threaded section, and two ends of the connecting screw are provided with cylindrical sections with smooth cylindrical surfaces.
As shown in fig. 5, the sleeve 4 has a transverse groove hole 401 at the lower end and a through hole 402 at the upper end.
In practical applications, a straight bar may be used as the handle 5.
The connecting screw 3 is screwed into the threaded through hole 203 of the screw cylinder 2 by its middle external thread.
(II) application scenario
As shown in fig. 6, the electronic device is very compact in internal design, and the density of components on the circuit board is high, and the gap between the two layers of circuit boards and the housing, or between the lower layer of circuit board and the upper layer of circuit board is very limited. The upper and lower circuit boards are communicated through the direct-insertion connector, and when the circuit board is installed, operators cannot press the circuit board by hand because a large number of components and welding points are arranged on the circuit board, and if the circuit board is pressed at a position far away from the connector, the circuit board is greatly deformed, and the circuit board or the components are possibly damaged; when the circuit board is disassembled, because the gaps around the circuit board are very small, operators are difficult to hold the circuit board by hands, and if the tool is used for clamping the periphery of the circuit board for plugging, the circuit board is likely to be greatly deformed, so that the circuit board or components are damaged.
Therefore, the circuit board dismounting tool provided by the embodiments of the application can be applied to the electronic equipment shown in fig. 6, and particularly, the circuit board dismounting tool can be mounted in the mounting holes at the two ends of the upper layer of circuit board connector and the lower layer of circuit board connector, so that the circuit board dismounting convenience can be improved, the damage caused by the dismounting of the circuit board can be reduced, the assembly and dismounting operation time can be shortened, and the production and maintenance efficiency can be improved.
(III) mounting
Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of connection of two layers of circuit boards in an electronic device by using the circuit board assembling and disassembling tool according to the embodiment of the application.
The circuit board dismounting tool provided in this embodiment passes the external thread section 104 at the bottom of the fixing rod 1 through the mounting hole of the lower circuit board, and is screwed and fixed with the external thread section 104 by a nut, so that other structures of the fixing rod 1 are fixedly arranged on the inner side end face (such as the upper side end face in fig. 7) of the lower circuit board. The two screwing connection posts 103 protruding from the upper end of the fixing rod 1 are screwed into the two spiral grooves 201 of the spiral sleeve in the spiral cylinder 2 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and after the top end of the rod part of the spiral cylinder 2 passes through the upper circuit board, the middle thread section of the connecting screw 3 is screwed into the thread through hole 203 of the spiral cylinder 2.
At this time, the primary connection of the lower layer circuit board and the upper layer circuit board has been completed by a part of the structure (i.e., screw connection mechanism including a fixing rod 1, a screw cylinder 2, and a connection screw 3) in the circuit board assembling and disassembling tool.
(IV), specific usage modes
Fig. 8 is a schematic diagram illustrating the mounting and dismounting of two layers of circuit boards in an electronic device by using the circuit board dismounting tool provided by the embodiment of the application.
The upper layer and the lower layer of the two circuit boards are connected through the direct-insertion connector, when the two layers of the circuit boards are assembled, the handle 5 passes through the through hole 402 at the top end of the sleeve 4 and is sleeved on the screw rod switching post formed by the connecting screw rod 3 at the top end of the screw cylinder 2 through the two transverse limit grooves 401 at the opening end of the sleeve 4. At this time, based on the directions of the two spiral grooves 201 of the spiral sleeve in the spiral cylinder 2, the handle 5 can be rotated by hand in the clockwise direction (or in the anticlockwise direction), the handle 5 drives the sleeve 4 and the spiral cylinder 2 to rotate synchronously in the clockwise direction (or in the anticlockwise direction), the two screwing transfer posts 103 move upwards along the groove positions corresponding to the spiral grooves 201, drive the lower circuit board and the upper circuit board to be close to each other, and enable the upper end face and the lower end face of the spiral sleeve in the spiral cylinder 2 to be in contact with the upper circuit board and the lower circuit board respectively, so that the plugging of the connectors in the upper circuit board and the lower circuit board is realized, and the plugging size of the connectors is ensured. After the connector is inserted tightly, the handle 5 and the sleeve 4 are removed, and other parts are reserved on the upper circuit board and the lower circuit board so as to facilitate subsequent disassembly.
When the two layers of circuit boards are disassembled, the handle 5 passes through the through hole 402 at the top end of the sleeve 4, and the connecting screw 3 screwed at the top end of the spiral tube 2 is nested in the two transverse limit grooves 401 arranged at the opening end of the sleeve 4. At this time, based on the directions of the two spiral grooves 201 of the spiral sleeve in the spiral cylinder 2, the handle 5 can be rotated by hand in the anticlockwise direction (or in the clockwise direction), the handle 5 drives the sleeve 4 and the spiral cylinder 2 to rotate synchronously in the anticlockwise direction (or in the clockwise direction), the two screwing transfer posts 103 positioned on the top end surfaces of the two spiral grooves 201 move downwards relative to the spiral curved surface until screwing to the bottom of the spiral groove 201, and the screwing process drives the lower layer circuit board and the upper layer circuit board to be mutually far away, so that the connectors in the upper layer circuit board and the lower layer circuit board are separated, and the quick disassembly of the circuit boards is realized.

1. A circuit board assembly and disassembly tool, comprising: the device comprises a fixed rod (1), a spiral cylinder (2), a connecting screw (3), a sleeve (4) and a handle (5);
the fixing rod (1) is of a columnar structure, the bottom end of the fixing rod is provided with an external thread section (104), and the top end of the fixing rod is provided with two screwing transfer posts (103) protruding out of the surface of the column wall; the fixing rod (1) is fixedly arranged on the inner side end surface of the circuit board by being screwed on the end part of the external thread section (104) through a nut after penetrating through the mounting hole of the layer of circuit board through the external thread section (104) at the bottom end;
the spiral tube (2) is sleeved on two screwing switching columns (103) at the end part of the fixed rod (1) through two spiral grooves (201) symmetrically arranged at the opening end of the spiral sleeve, the two screwing switching columns (103) can be screwed into spiral areas of the two spiral grooves (201) through screwing, and after the rod part of the spiral tube (2) passes through a mounting hole at the corresponding position of another layer of circuit board, a connecting screw rod (3) vertical to the axis is embedded in the top end of the rod part; the mounting structures of the fixed rod (1), the spiral cylinder (2) and the connecting screw rod (3) form a spiral connecting mechanism;
the sleeve (4) is nested and arranged on a connecting screw rod (3) at the top end of the rod part of the spiral tube (2) through two transverse limit grooves (401) symmetrically arranged at the opening end of the sleeve, and a handle (5) is arranged at the top end of the sleeve; the axial limiting capacity of the transverse limiting groove (401) is utilized, the screw sleeve (4) is screwed by the handle (5) to drive the screw barrel (2) to be screwed synchronously, so that the two screwing transfer posts (103) at the top end of the fixed rod (1) are screwed or selected in the two screw grooves (201) of the screw barrel (2), and the two circuit boards are quickly installed or detached;
the screw cylinder (2) comprises: forming a spiral sleeve and a rod part of an integrated coaxial structure;
the top end of the rod part is provided with a threaded through hole (203) which is used for being matched with the connecting screw rod (3) for installation, and a screw rod switching column is formed at the top end of the rod part of the spiral cylinder (2); the spiral sleeve is provided with an adapter cavity (202) with one end open, and the cylinder wall is provided with two spiral grooves (201) in a central symmetry mode along the axis; the vertical plane of the axis of the spiral cylinder is taken as a cross section, and the groove positions of the two spiral grooves (201) on each cross section are in axisymmetric structures, so that the two screwing transfer columns (103) of the fixed rod (1) are embedded in the two spiral grooves (201) in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the two screwing transfer columns (103) synchronously screw in the two spiral grooves (201) at the same time so as to screw from the bottom end surface to the top end surface of the spiral groove (201);
two transverse limit grooves (401) are symmetrically arranged on the cylinder wall at one end of the sleeve (4) which is in butt joint with the spiral cylinder (2), the two transverse limit grooves (401) are two L-shaped limit grooves which are in a symmetrical form by taking the axis of the sleeve as the center, and the other end of the sleeve is provided with a through hole (402) for sleeving an installation handle (5);
the sleeve (4) is used for embedding and installing a connecting screw (3) screwed at the top end of the spiral tube (2) through two transverse limiting grooves (401), fixedly connecting the spiral tube (2) and the sleeve (4) through rotation of the connecting screw (3) in the two transverse limiting grooves (401) in a specified direction, and limiting the axial positions of the spiral tube (2) and the sleeve (4).

the middle part of the connecting screw rod (3) is specifically provided with a threaded section, and two ends of the connecting screw rod are provided with cylindrical sections with smooth cylindrical surfaces.

5. An electronic device, comprising: an electronic device case, two layers of circuit boards embedded and installed inside the electronic device case, a connector installed between the two layers of circuit boards, and the circuit board dismounting tool according to any one of claims 1 to 4;
after the two layers of circuit boards are installed through the circuit board dismounting tool, the sleeve (4) and the handle (5) are dismounted, and the screw connection mechanism of the fixing rod (1), the screw cylinder (2) and the connecting screw (3) is reserved in the two layers of circuit boards of the electronic equipment, so that the two layers of circuit boards can be dismounted rapidly.
