・被服条件(2条件)
(a)基本的な作業服である綿つなぎ服の上に、不織布製防護服(タイベックスーツ:商品名)2重を着用(以下、この被服条件を「不織布スーツ」と略記する)
(b)基本的な作業服である綿つなぎ服の上に、不織布製防護服2重、更にビニール製スーツ1重を着用(以下、この被服条件を「ビニールスーツ」と略記する)
・温湿度条件(2条件)
25℃/50%及び30℃/50%
・運動条件(1条件)
トレッドミルによる平地歩行運動(歩行速度:4km/h)
・測定計器
直腸温の測定…直腸温測定用のサーミスタプローブ
鼓膜温の測定…赤外線方式による耳栓型鼓膜温測定センサ
心拍数の測定…心拍数センサ
・不織布スーツ・25℃/50% :Tca=0.72Tty+10.55
・不織布スーツ・30℃/50% :Tca=0.88Tty+4.34
・ビニールスーツ・25℃/50%:Tca=0.88Tty+4.59
・ビニールスーツ・30℃/50%:Tca=0.88Tty+4.47

Claims (3)
- 防護服を着用して作業する作業員の鼓膜温を赤外線方式により検出する耳栓型鼓膜温測定センサと、実測した鼓膜温を、着用する防護服の被服条件、作業環境の温湿度条件、及び作業時の運動強度に応じて予め求めておいた予測式に入力して直腸温を予測する直腸温予測部とを具備し、その予測した直腸温に基づいて直腸温基準の熱中症の発症リスク管理を行うシステムの作動方法であって、前記予測式は、直腸温を目的変数とし、鼓膜温を説明変数として回帰分析を行うことで得られる、定数項有りの一次式であることを特徴とする防護服着用作業員の熱中症発症リスク管理システムの作動方法。
- 防護服を着用して作業する作業員の鼓膜温を赤外線方式により検出する耳栓型鼓膜温測定センサと、心拍数を検出する心拍数センサと、実測した鼓膜温と心拍数を、着用する防護服の被服条件、作業環境の温湿度条件、及び作業時の運動強度に応じて予め求めておいた予測式に入力して直腸温を予測する直腸温予測部とを具備し、その予測した直腸温に基づいて直腸温基準の熱中症の発症リスク管理を行うシステムの作動方法であって、前記予測式は、直腸温を目的変数とし、鼓膜温及び心拍数を説明変数として重回帰分析を行うことで得られる、定数項有りまたは無しの一次式であることを特徴とする防護服着用作業員の熱中症発症リスク管理システムの作動方法。
- 前記の予測した直腸温の直近の時間的な変化傾向から、防護服の脱装に要する時間経過後の直腸温を推測し、その推測した直腸温が警報設定値を超える時に作業中断・防護服脱装を指示し退域行動に移るように警報する請求項1又は2記載の防護服着用作業員の熱中症発症リスク管理システムの作動方法。
