Claims (20)
- 生体適合性の吸収材から成る第1層と、前記第1層に一方の側で当接して配置され、非毒性で生体適合性の偏向材から成る第2層と、前記第1層と前記第2層を接続する結合要素とを含み、前記第2層は他の側では前記第1層に当接しておらず、前記結合要素が前記第1層と前記第2層とを接着しており、生物体における医療的処置の後身体から取り除かれる、医療用スポンジ。
- 前記第1層と前記第2層との間に配置された放射線不透過性の標識を更に含む、請求項1に記載の医療用スポンジ。
- 前記第1層及び前記第2層の少なくとも一方に取り付けられている位置決め要素を更に含む、請求項1に記載の医療用スポンジ。
- 前記位置決め要素が、可塑性のストリング及び実質的に剛性のタブの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項3に記載の医療用スポンジ。
- 前記位置決め要素に取り付けられた識別要素を更に含む、請求項3に記載の医療用スポンジ。
- 前記第1層及び前記第2層の少なくとも一方に取り付けられた識別要素を更に含む、請求項1に記載の医療用スポンジ。
- 前記第2層の偏向材がポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)から成る、請求項1に記載の医療用スポンジ。
- 前記第2層の前記偏向材が非線維質材料である、請求項1に記載の医療用スポンジ。
- 人以外の生物体における医療的処置の間における医療用スポンジによる損傷を防止する方法であって、生体適合性の吸収材から成る第1層を有する医療用スポンジを準備するステップと、偏向材から成る第2層の一方の側を前記第1層と結合するステップと、前記医療用スポンジを施術される前記生物体の危険構造部位の少なくとも1箇所の近傍に配置するステップと、手術器具を前記第2層の他方の側に対して偏向させるステップとを含み、前記医療用スポンジは人以外の生物体における医療的処置の後身体から取り除かれる、方法。
- 前記手術器具を前記第2層に対して偏向させるステップが、ドリルビット及びスカルペルの少なくとも1つを偏向させるステップを更に含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記手術器具を偏向させるステップが、前記第2層の表面に前記手術器具を接触させるステップと、前記手術器具が前記第2層を並進するのを防ぐステップとを更に含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記手術器具を前記第2層に対して偏向させる際に、前記医療用スポンジを施術される前記生物体の危険構造部位の少なくとも1箇所の近傍に保持するステップを更に含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記第1層と前記第2層との間に放射線不透過性の標識を配置するステップを更に含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 位置決め要素を前記第1層と前記第2層の少なくとも一方に貼り付けるステップを更に含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記第2層の少なくとも一方の外面上に前記第2層の前記偏向材を構成するステップを更に含み、前記偏向材が更にポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)から成る、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記偏向材から成る前記第2層を前記第1層に結合するステップが、前記第2層を前記第1層と縫合するステップと、前記第1層と前記第2層を超音波で溶接するステップの少なくとも1つを更に含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記第1層の前記生体適合性の吸収材を水和させるステップを更に含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 生物体における医療的処置の後身体から取り除かれる手術のための医療用スポンジを作製する方法であって、生体適合性で線維質の吸収材から成る第1層を非毒性で非線維質の生体適合性偏向材から成る第2層の一方の側の近傍のみに配置するステップと、前記第1層を前記第2層に結合要素を用いて結合させるステップとを含む方法。
- 位置決め要素を前記第1層と前記第2層の少なくとも一方に貼り付けるステップを更に含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記第1層と前記第2層との間に放射線不透過性の標識を配置するステップを更に含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
