Claims (8)
- 上流側及び下流側の過熱流体の配管と関連したインライン動作のための過熱低減装置であって、
前記上流側及び下流側の配管に比べて拡大された直径の混合チャンバを形成するために、前記上流側及び前記下流側の配管に比べて拡大された直径の中間ハウジングチャンバと接合された上部ハウジング部分及び下部ハウジング部分を含み、前記接合されたハウジング部分は前記上流側及び下流側の配管に接続するように適合されており、
前記中間ハウジングチャンバ内に固定された過熱低減器シートリング支持部であって、スロットが形成された環状シート注入リングを備え、冷却流体を前記環状シート注入リングに供給するために冷却流体入口配管に接続するように適合された前記環状シート注入リングを支持する前記過熱低減器シートリング支持部と、
前記環状シート注入の前記スロットと協働するように、前記軸方向に配置された弁ケージ基部構造体内に摺動可能に受けられる弁プラグと、を含むタイプのものであり、
前記環状シート注入リングは、円形且つ中空の横断面を備えた環状体であり、前記スロットは、この環状体の周方向に亘って形成されていることを特徴とする過熱低減装置。 - 前記過熱低減器シートリング支持部上に取り付けられた、軸方向に配置された弁ケージ基部構造体をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の過熱低減装置。
- 前記環状シート注入リングは、第1のシートリング端部で中断されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の過熱低減装置。
- 前記環状シート注入リングは、前記第1のシートリング端部及び第2のシートリング端部で中断されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の過熱低減装置。
- 前記冷却流体入口配管は、前記環状シート注入リングに直接隣接して配置された冷却剤ニップルを有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の過熱低減装置。
- 前記冷却流体入口配管は、前記環状シート注入リングの内部に配置された冷却剤ニップルを有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の過熱低減装置。
- 前記環状シート注入リングは炭素鋼から作製されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の過熱低減装置。
- 前記環状シート注入リングはステンレス鋼又は他のタイプの低合金鋼から作製されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の過熱低減装置。
