Claims (4)
- ロールツーロール法により光エレクトロニクスデバイスを製作する方法であって、
パターンがない連続した陽極層を設けるステップと、
前記陽極層上に、ウェブの搬送方向に平行な方向のみに境界を有する電気活性領域を形成するステップと、
前記ウェブの搬送方向に平行な境界を有する導電層を形成するステップであって、前記導電層が、
前記電気活性領域の上方に配置された陰極層と、
前記電気活性領域が形成されていない陽極層の領域上の陽極バスと、
を含む、ステップと、
前記陰極層および前記陽極バスの上に、貫通接続開口を含み、かつ前記陰極層および前記陽極バスを覆う不浸透性のバックシートを形成するステップと、
前記陰極層または前記陽極層に電気的に結合された不浸透性の導電性パッチを、前記貫通接続開口に配置して、前記のバックシートに封止するステップと、
を含む、光エレクトロニクスデバイスを製作するプロセス。 - 前記電気活性層を形成するステップが、
前記パターンがない連続した陽極層上に電気活性層を堆積するステップと、
前記電気活性層の一部分を選択的に除去するステップと、
を含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。 - 前記陰極層が、複数のリボン状の構造に構成される、請求項1または2に記載のプロセス。
- 前記光エレクトロニクスデバイスが有機発光デバイスである、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
