Description

Claims (14)
- 管状反応器の管に挿入するための触媒キャリアであって、
管を画定する有孔内壁、有孔外壁、環状容器を閉鎖する上面、および環状容器を閉鎖する底面を有する、使用時に触媒を保持するための環状容器;
環状容器の内壁によって形成された前記管の底部を閉鎖する面;
前記容器の底面の位置、または底面に近い位置から、シールの位置よりも下方の位置へ、環状容器の有孔外壁から上方に延在する覆い;および
上面、または上面の近くに配置され、前記覆いの外面を超える長さで前記容器から延在するシール、
を含む、触媒キャリア。
- 1つ以上のドレイン孔が前記底面に配置される、請求項1に記載の触媒キャリア。
- 1つ以上のドレイン孔が前記管の底部を閉鎖する面に配置される、請求項1または2に記載の触媒キャリア。
- 触媒キャリアの前記底面と他の触媒キャリアとの間に、流路を提供するためのスペーサー手段が1つ以上設けられ、該スペーサー手段は前記環状容器の底面から下方に延在する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の触媒キャリア。
- 前記環状容器を閉鎖する前記上面が、使用時に前記容器上に積み重ねられる請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の他の触媒キャリアに前記容器を配置する手段を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の触媒キャリア。
- 前記上方に延在する覆いが成形されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の触媒キャリア。
- 前記上方に延在する覆いの形状が波形である、請求項6に記載の触媒キャリア。
- 前記上方に延在する覆いの形状が、前記環状容器に接続されている点に向かって、滑らかな形状へと平坦化されている、請求項6または7に記載の触媒キャリア。
- 触媒を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の触媒キャリア。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の触媒キャリアを複数個含む、反応管。
- 請求項10記載の反応管を1個以上含む、反応器。
- 反応を実施するための方法であって、
反応物が、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の触媒キャリア、請求項10に記載の反応管、または請求項11に記載の反応器の中に進入する、方法。 - 前記反応物が触媒床を放射状に通る、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記反応が発熱反応、または吸熱反応である、請求項12または13に記載の方法。
