Description
Claims (11)
- 薬物送達デバイス用の用量設定機構であって:
薬物送達デバイスハウジング(17);
ハウジング(17)内に少なくとも部分的に位置し、そして用量設定中及び用量送達中、回転可能である用量ダイヤルスリーブ(9);
用量設定中は回転可能であり、そして用量送達中回転不可であるクラッチ(13);及び
クラッチ(13)とねじ係合し、そしてハウジング(17)にスプライン係合してクラッチナット(15)の回転を阻止するクラッチナット(15)、
を含んでなり、
ここで、クラッチナット(15)が、相互作用スプラインを用いて、又は一方向のカップリング(11、17′)若しくはラチェットを用いて、0用量から所定の最小用量まで用量ダイヤルスリーブ(9)に固定される、
上記機構。 - クラッチナット(15)は、クラッチナット(15)と用量ダイヤルスリーブ(9)の間の相対回転が少なくとも一回転方向で阻止されるように、用量ダイヤルスリーブ(9)に解除可能に連結される、請求項1に記載の機構。
- クラッチナット(15)が、用量ダイヤルスリーブ(9)を単一方向にのみ回転するのを可能にするように用量ダイヤルスリーブ(9)とラッチェット係合にある、請求項1又は2に記載の機構。
- クラッチナット(15)が、相互作用スプラインを用いて、又は一方向のカップリング(11、17′)若しくはラチェットを用いて、所定の最大用量より大きい用量から用量ダイヤルスリーブ(9)に固定される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の機構。
- クラッチナット(15)が可撓性のフィンガ(19)を通してクラッチ(13)とねじ係合される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の機構。
- 設定用量の注射を開始し、そして/又は実行するための用量ボタン(30)を更に含んでなり、ここで所定の最小用量より大きい用量が設定されている場合、用量ボタン(30)が押されると、クラッチナット(15)は、用量ダイヤルスリーブ(9)と係合しない、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の機構。
- 設定用量の注射を開始し、そして/又は実行するための用量ボタン(30)を更に含んでなり、ここで所定の最大用量より小さい用量が設定されている場合用量ボタン(30)が押されると、クラッチナット(15)は、用量ダイヤルスリーブ(9)と係合しない、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の機構。
- 用量ダイヤルスリーブ(9)は、設定用量が0から所定の最小用量より小さい場合、回転不能であり、そして用量送達をしようと試みる間、遠位方向への動きをロックされる、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の機構。
- 用量ダイヤルスリーブ(9)は、設定用量が所定の最大用量より大きい場合、回転不能で、そして用量送達を試みる間、遠位方向に動くことをロックされる、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の機構。
- 薬物送達デバイスからの薬剤の少なくとも所定の最小用量を送達する方法であって:
クラッチナット(15)とラチェット係合にある用量ダイヤルスリーブ(9)をデバイスハウジング(17)に対して第一方向に回転させる工程;
ハウジング(17)に対してクラッチナット(15)の回転阻止する工程;及び
0から所定の最小用量より小さい用量及び/又は所定の最大用量より大きい用量が設定されたとき、クラッチナット(15)を用いて第一の方向と反対の第二の方向への用量ダイヤルスリーブ(9)の回転を阻止する工程;
を含んでなる、上記方法。 - 薬物送達デバイスからの薬剤の少なくとも所定の最小用量を送達する方法であって:
クラッチナット(15)とラチェット係合にある用量ダイヤルスリーブ(9)をデバイスハウジング(17)に対して第一の方向に回転させる工程;
用量の設定中、クラッチナット(15)を、用量ダイヤルスリーブ(9)に対して軸の遠位方向にクラッチナット(15)を動かす工程;
所定の最小用量より大きい用量が設定されたとき、クラッチナット(15)を、用量ダイヤルスリーブ(9)から係合解除する工程;及び
用量を送達するために用量ボタン(30)を押す工程;
を含んでなる、上記方法。
