Claims (3)
- 静電ガンから圧縮ガスとともに噴射したエチレン重合体、エポキシ樹脂及びアクリル樹脂のいずれかの樹脂を主成分とする粉体塗料を金属の被塗装物に付着させて前記被塗装物の表面に塗膜を形成する粉体塗装方法において、
前記静電ガンと前記被塗装物との間に印加する電圧が100kV、前記静電ガンと前記被塗装物との間に流れる電流が20μA、粉体塗料を噴射するときの前記圧縮ガスの圧力が3kgf/cm2以上、6kgf/cm2以下の第1の条件、及び
前記静電ガンと前記被塗装物との間に印加する電圧が80kV、前記静電ガンと前記被塗装物との間に流れる電流が10μA、粉体塗料を噴射するときの前記圧縮ガスの圧力が3kgf/cm2以上、6kgf/cm2以下の第2の条件、のいずれかで行う
ことを特徴とする粉体塗装方法。 - 前記被塗装物に前記粉体塗料を付着させた後、180℃以上、220℃以下の温度で熱処理を施すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粉体塗装方法。
- 前記塗膜の厚さが40μm以上、70μm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2のいずれか1項に記載の粉体塗装方法。
