Claims (3)
- 空気圧縮機が吐出する圧縮空気による圧縮空気圧回路にネジ部を介して螺合され配置される圧縮空気圧回路用除菌エアフィルタであって、
疎水性素材より成る除菌フィルタエレメントと、ドレン排出口を有し外気を遮断するためのハウジングと、回路に接続するための流入口及び流出口を有し該除菌フィルタエレメント及び該ハウジングがそれぞれネジ部を介して螺合されるボディと、を備え、
前記除菌フィルタエレメントが、圧縮空気を外側より内側へ通過させると共に、該除菌フィルタエレメントとネジ部以外の圧縮空気の流路に抗菌塗料を塗布したことを特徴とする圧縮空気圧回路用除菌エアフィルタ。 - 前記抗菌塗料に含まれる抗菌物質が、金属イオンを発する銀、亜鉛、銅などをゼオライト、セラミックス、シリカゲル、ジルコニア及びガラスなどの粉末に担持させたものからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧縮空気圧回路用除菌エアフィルタ。
- 前記ドレン排出口に、スナップアクション型フロート式ドレントラップを接続したことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の圧縮空気圧回路用除菌エアフィルタ。
