Description
計算機18が前記信号と分離機構17によってネジ2から切り離された位置センサ15により測定された信号とを比較した場合、故障前にそれらの信号が等しいか少なくとも相関していたのに対し、それらが異なったものになることは明らかである。

Claims (9)
- 飛行制御アクチュエータにおける主荷重経路の破損を検出するための装置(13)であって、
前記アクチュエータが中空回転ネジ(2)を備える主荷重経路(1)と、
該ネジ(2)を貫通する荷重引き受け安全ロッド(3)を備える副荷重経路(10)とを有し、
前記装置(13)が前記ネジの角度位置を表す情報を測定するために前記ネジ(2)に接続された位置センサ(15)と、
前記主荷重経路(1)の破断時に前記ネジ(2)に対する前記ロッド(3)の相対的な変位が起こった場合に前記位置センサ(15)をネジ(2)から切り離すことが可能な分離機構(17)と、を備えることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記位置センサ(15)により測定された情報と、前記分離機構(17)から独立した第2位置センサ(19)によって測定され前記ネジ(2)の角度位置を表す情報と、を比較する計算機(18)をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記比較が所定の閾値より大きいか又は所定の閾値未満である場合、前記計算機(18)が前記主荷重経路(1)における破断を検出するように構成されている、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記分離機構(17)が、前記ロッド(3)が前記ネジ(2)又は前記主荷重経路(1)の他の要素の破損時にロッド(3)により前記ネジ(2)にかかる機械的負荷に相当する所定の負荷を前記ネジ(2)にかけた場合、前記位置センサ(15)を前記ネジ(2)から切り離すことが可能である、請求項1乃至3の1つに記載の装置。
- 前記分離機構(17)が破断可能ピン(23)を備える、請求項1乃至4の1つに記載の装置。
- 前記破断可能ピン(23)が、前記主荷重経路(1)の破損時に前記ロッド(3)により前記ネジ(2)にかかる機械的負荷に相当する所定の負荷で破断するように較正されている断面を有する、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記破断可能ピン(23)が、該ピン(23)が破損した場合に所定の抜き取り荷重を受け、該ピン(23)の前記ネジ(2)からの抜き取りを可能にする、請求項5又は6に記載の装置。
- 前記位置センサ(15)が角度位置センサ(15)である、請求項1乃至7の1つに記載の装置。
- 中空回転ネジ(2)を備える主荷重経路(1)と、該ネジ(2)を貫通する荷重引き受け安全ロッド(3)を備える副荷重経路(10)であって、前記主荷重経路(1)に破断が起きた場合に該主荷重経路(1)にかかる負荷を引き継ぐことが可能な副荷重経路(10)とを備える飛行制御アクチュエータ(12)であって、
前記アクチュエータ(12)が、請求項1乃至8の1つに記載の、前記主荷重経路の破断を検出するための装置(13)を備えることを特徴とする飛行制御アクチュエータ(12)。
