Description

Claims (26)
- ポリエーテルを含む少なくとも1種のポリマーと、
前記ポリマーと混合した少なくとも1種の植物タンパク質と
を含み、
前記植物タンパク質が、微細撚りネットワーク構造を有し、
前記ポリエーテルの個々の分子は、当該ポリエーテル分子が少なくとも50%非晶性となるように前記植物タンパク質の前記微細撚りネットワーク構造に絡んでいる、固体導体。 - 前記ポリエーテルがアルキレンオキシドのポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載の固体導体。
- 前記ポリエーテルがポリ(エチレンオキシド)、ポリオキシエチレン、ポリ(プロピレンオキシド)またはこれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項1に記載の固体導体。
- 前記ポリエーテルがポリ(エチレンオキシド)であり、前記ポリ(エチレンオキシド)が200〜8×106g/molの分子量を有する、請求項1に記載の固体導体。
- 前記ポリマーがポリアミン、ポリアミド、ポリケトン、ポリカーボネート、ポリイミン、ポリエステル、ポリウレタンまたはこれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項1に記載の固体導体。
- 前記植物タンパク質がグリシニン、β−コングリシニンまたはこれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項1に記載の固体導体。
- 少なくとも1種の塩をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の固体導体。
- 前記ポリエーテル、前記植物タンパク質または両方と非共有結合した複数の陽イオンをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の固体導体。
- 前記陽イオンがLi+、K+、Na+、Ca2+、Mg2+、Cd2+、Al3+、Zn2+、Fe2+、Fe3+、Pb2+、Cu2+、Ag+またはこれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項8に記載の固体導体。
- 前記植物タンパク質ポリマーと前記ポリエーテルの比が重量で20:80〜重量で60:40である、請求項1に記載の固体導体。
- 前記植物タンパク質と前記ポリエーテルの比が重量で55:45であり、
前記ポリエーテル分子が100%非晶性であり、
前記植物タンパク質と混合した前記ポリエーテルが50%〜700%の可撓性を有する、請求項1に記載の固体導体。 - 前記少なくとも1種の塩がLiPF6、LiTFSI、LiBF4、LiClO4、LiN(CF3SO2)2、LiAsF6、LiCF3SO3、LiI、LiBC4O8(LiBOB)、Li[PF3(C2F5)3]、LiTf、Lilm、LiBr、LiCl、LiSCN、LiTFSM、NaI、LiCF3CO2、NaBr、NaSCN、KSCN、MgCl2およびMg(ClO4)の少なくとも1種を含む、請求項7に記載の固体導体。
- 前記ポリマーがポリ(エチレンオキシド)であり、前記植物タンパク質がダイズタンパク質であり、前記塩がLiPF6、LiTFSI、LiBF4、LiClO4、LiN(CF3SO2)2、LiAsF6、LiCF3SO3、LiI、LiBC4O8(LiBOB)、Li[PF3(C2F5)3]、LiTf、Lilm、LiBr、LiCl、LiSCN、LiTFSM、NaI、LiCF3CO2、NaBr、NaSCN、KSCN、MgCl2およびMg(ClO4)の少なくとも1種を含み、
10重量%〜25重量%の塩と、33重量%〜40重量%のポリマーと、41重量%〜49重量%の植物タンパク質とを含む、請求項7に記載の固体導体。 - 第1の電極と、
前記第1の電極から離間した第2の電極と、
前記第1の電極と第2の電極との間に配置され、かつ、50%〜700%の可撓性を有し、かつ、複数のポリエーテル分子と前記ポリエーテル分子に混合される少なくとも1種の植物タンパク質とを含む固体高分子電解質と、
を備え、
前記植物タンパク質が微細撚りネットワーク構造の複数のタンパク質鎖を有し、
前記ポリエーテルの個々の分子が前記植物タンパク質の前記微細撚りネットワーク構造に絡んでおり、
前記固体高分子電解質が、前記第1の電極と第2の電極との間の通電を可能にする導電率を有する、電子デバイス。 - 前記ポリエーテル分子の1個の酸素極性基が前記タンパク質鎖の1本のアンモニウム基と結合している、請求項14に記載の電子デバイス。
- 前記固体高分子電解質中に含まれる少なくとも1種の塩をさらに含み、前記固体高分子電解質が前記塩のイオンが前記第1の電極と第2の電極との間を移動することを可能にする導電率を有する、請求項14に記載の電子デバイス。
- 前記固体高分子電解質中に含まれる少なくとも1種の塩をさらに含み、前記タンパク質鎖の1本の個々のカルボニル基が前記塩の陽イオンと結合して隣接するタンパク質鎖からの反発をもたらす、請求項14に記載の電子デバイス。
- 前記固体高分子電解質中に含まれる少なくとも1種の塩をさらに含み、
前記タンパク質鎖の少なくとも1本がカルボニル基を有し、
前記ポリエーテル分子の少なくとも1個が第1の酸素極性基および第2の酸素極性基を有し、
前記塩の陽イオンが前記ポリエーテル分子の前記1個の前記第1の酸素極性基および前記タンパク質鎖の前記1本の前記カルボニル基と結合しており、
前記ポリエーテル分子の前記第2の酸素極性基が前記タンパク質鎖のアンモニウム基と結合している、請求項14に記載の電子デバイス。 - 溶媒中に植物タンパク質が含まれてなるタンパク質分散体を提供することと、
ポリエーテル材料を前記タンパク質分散体と混合してポリエーテル−タンパク質混合物を形成することと、
前記ポリエーテル−タンパク質混合物から前記溶媒を蒸発させて固体導体を形成することと、
を含む、固体導体を調製する方法。 - タンパク質分散体を提供することが、前記植物タンパク質を、前記タンパク質分散体を生成するpHを有する溶媒に添加することを含み、
ポリエーテル材料と混合する前に前記タンパク質分散体をある処理温度である処理期間加熱することと、前記固体導体の標的導電率または標的機械的可撓性の少なくとも1つに基づいて、前記溶媒のpH、前記ある処理温度または前記ある処理期間の少なくとも1つを調節することとをさらに含む、請求項19に記載の方法。 - 前記植物タンパク質がコイル状構造の複数のタンパク質鎖を含み、
前記タンパク質分散体を加熱することが、前記複数のタンパク質鎖の前記コイル状構造をほどき、それによって前記複数のタンパク質鎖で微細撚りネットワーク構造を形成することを含み、
前記溶媒のpH、前記処理温度または前記処理期間の少なくとも1つを調節することが、前記溶媒のpH、前記ある処理温度または前記ある処理期間の少なくとも1つを調節して、前記コイル状構造の前記複数のタンパク質鎖の前記コイル状構造をほどくことを含む、請求項20に記載の方法。 - 前記植物タンパク質が複数のタンパク質鎖を含み、
前記タンパク質分散体を加熱することが、前記複数のタンパク質鎖で微細撚りネットワーク構造を形成することを含み、
前記溶媒を蒸発させることが、前記植物タンパク質の前記微細撚りネットワーク構造に絡んだ前記ポリエーテル材料を有する固体導体を形成する、請求項20に記載の方法。 - 前記固体導体の標的導電率、標的機械的可撓性の少なくとも1つに基づいて、前記ポリエーテル材料と前記植物タンパク質との間の比、前記ポリエーテル材料の組成、前記植物タンパク質の組成の少なくとも1つを調節することをさらに含む、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記溶媒が水を含む、請求項19に記載の方法。
- タンパク質分散体を提供することが、
塩を溶媒に溶解して塩溶液を形成すること、および
植物タンパク質を前記塩溶液と混合して前記タンパク質分散体を形成すること
を含む、請求項19に記載の方法。 - 前記ポリエーテル材料がポリ(エチレンオキシド)を含み、前記植物タンパク質がダイズタンパク質を含み、前記塩がLiPF6、LiTFSI、LiBF4、LiClO4、LiN(CF3SO2)2、LiAsF6、LiCF3SO3、LiI、LiBC4O8(LiBOB)、Li[PF3(C2F5)3]、LiTf、Lilm、LiBr、LiCl、LiSCN、LiTFSM、NaI、LiCF3CO2、NaBr、NaSCN、KSCN、MgCl2およびMg(ClO4)の少なくとも1種を含み、前記固体導体が10重量%〜25重量%の塩と、33重量%〜40重量%のポリ(エチレンオキシド)と、41重量%〜49重量%のダイズタンパク質とを含む、請求項25に記載の方法。
