Claims (10)
- 生材(1)を加工する方法であって、前記生材(1)が、加工後に稠密に焼結されることで収縮し、稠密焼結時の収縮を補填するために、前記生材(1)が、前記生材(1)に関連する個別の拡大率(F)を考慮して加工機(7)内で加工され、前記生材(1)の長尺が、前記個別の拡大率(F)を定めるために、長さ、幅及び高さ寸法のうちの1つ以上において計測され、前記個別の拡大率(F)は、計測された長尺(l0、b0、h0)及び長尺と拡大率との間の相関関係から算出され、前記生材(1)の長尺は、前記加工機(7)内で、前記生材(1)への工具(8、9)の接触工程を利用して、又は、非接触計測により、前記生材(1)の加工前に測定され、1つの次元において前記生材(1)の長尺を定めるために、前記長尺の計測が、少なくとも1つの他の次元に関して、間隔を置いて複数回行われ、拡大率を定めるために、第1次元(y)で第1長尺(l 0 、b 0 、h 0 )が定められ、前記第1長尺が許容範囲外にあるときに、少なくとも1つの別の次元(x、z)で長尺計測が少なくとも1回行われ、拡大率が定められることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記生材(1)の所定の種類に対して、長尺と拡大率との間に相関関係があり、前記個別の拡大率(F)が直接算出されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記生材(1)の所定の種類に対して、長尺と拡大率との間に相関関係があり、前記個別の拡大率(F)が表から算出されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記生材(1)が、事前に焼結されるか又は単に圧縮され、前記生材(1)が、セラミック又は金属材料から構成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のうちの1項に記載の方法。
- 長尺計測が、1、2又は全3次元(x、y、z)に対して行われることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のうちの1項に記載の方法。
- 拡大率を定めるために、3次元(x、y、z)について平均がとられることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のうちの1項に記載の方法。
- 個別の次元(x、y、z)に対する拡大率が、あらかじめ定められた収縮異方性により補正されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のうちの1項に記載の方法。
- 拡大率が、各次元(x、y、z)に対して別個に定められ、前記生材(1)の加工により作製される構成部分の各次元(x、y、z)における長尺を別個に算出するために、前記拡大率が考慮されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のうちの1項に記載の方法。
- 各次元(x、y、z)のうちの1次元(y)で長尺(l0、b0、h0)を定めるために、少なくとも1つの別の次元(x、z)に関して、長尺計測が互いに間隔を置いて複数回行われ、前記1次元(y)に対する長尺が前記長尺計測から定められることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のうちの1項に記載の方法。
- 個別の次元(x、y、z)での拡大率の差に対して、装填物に関連する補正率が前記生材(1)に適用され、前記個別の次元(x、y、z)で拡大率を定めるときに、これらの補正率が考慮されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のうちの1項に記載の方法。
