ツールを加熱するための加熱システムを含み、加熱システムは:
加熱媒体を加熱するためのヒータ;
加熱媒体を送るためのブロワ;
加熱媒体をツールライナー上に方向づけするための複数のノズル
を含む。

Claims (11)
- 複合構造部材を硬化する装置であって:
開位置と閉位置との間で相対的に移動可能なツールプラットフォームと圧力プラットフォーム;
部材を押しつけることができ、ツールプラットフォームによって支持されており且つ内表面及び壁交差部を有するツール;
部材に圧力を印加するために加圧されるように構成されている圧力ブラダ;
ツールを加熱するための加熱システム;
内表面に熱を分配するために内表面と熱接触しているツールライナー;及び
内表面の一部と熱接触し、ツールライナーと壁交差部との間に装着されているヒートシンク
を含む装置。 - ツールライナーがツールの熱伝導率より高い熱伝導率を有する物質で形成されている、
請求項1に記載の装置。 - ツールライナーが銅板及びアルミ板のうちの少なくとも一つを含む、
請求項1に記載の装置。 - ツールライナーが85℃での測定で200〜600W/mKの範囲の熱伝導率を有する、
請求項1に記載の装置。 - ツールライナーがツールに機械的に固定されている、
請求項1に記載の装置。 - ツールライナーと内表面との間に挿入されている熱伝導膜
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 熱伝導膜がサーマル・ペーストを含む、
請求項6に記載の装置。 - 複合構造部材を形成する方法であって:
第1及び第2複合部分を形成するステップ;
スプライス部材を形成するステップ;
内表面、外表面及び壁交差部を有するマンドレルを提供するステップ;
ツールライナーを内表面に装着するステップ;
内表面の一部と熱接触し、ツールライナーと壁交差部との間に位置するヒートシンクを装着するステップ;
第1及び第2複合部分とスプライス部材とを外表面と圧力ブラダとの間に設置するステップ;
加熱媒体をツールライナーに方向づけすることによりマンドレルを加熱するステップ
を含む方法。 - ツールライナーを内表面に装着するステップが、
ツールライナーを内表面に機械的に固定するステップ
を含む、請求項8に記載の方法。 - 熱伝導膜をツールライナーと内表面との間に挿入するステップ
をさらに含む、請求項8に記載の方法。 - マンドレルを加熱している間に圧力ブラダを加圧するステップ
をさらに含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
