Description
The present invention belongs to the technical field of devices used for maintenance, inspection, repair, etc. of overhead lines such as power transmission lines. INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention allows a so-called air hoist (overhead wire travel device) used for overhead wire construction of a power transmission line or the like, maintenance / inspection work, etc. to be self-propelled in a state where an operator is on it. It relates to the device.
Transmission lines stretched around steel towers are damaged and corroded by natural disasters such as lightning, vibration caused by wind, or typhoons. Deterioration of damage and corrosion will lead to transmission line disconnection accidents. Therefore, transmission lines must be regularly inspected.
In manual maintenance and inspection, a so-called scorpion device is generally used. The hoist is a work tool that has traveling wheels on the upper part of a predetermined frame, and allows an operator to sit on the seat of the frame and travel along an overhead power transmission line or the like. During the work, the hoistor's wheels are suspended on an overhead power transmission line, etc., and maintenance inspections are performed while the operator is on board and moves.
The most primitive method for moving the air hoist is to pull the power transmission line with the operator's traction force. However, for example, it is burdensome for the operator to move by pulling the power transmission line. Therefore, various devices that can mechanically move the hoistor have been considered (for example, see
On the other hand, the device described in Patent Document 3 is not a self-propelled type, but relates to an assist device based on the technical idea of assisting human-powered drive by electric drive, and can be separated from the hoistor body and carried by an operator. Then, it is connected to a hoist and used.
The devices described in
On the other hand, the device described in Patent Document 3 is separable from the main body of the hoist, and is used by an operator alone and connected to the hoist. Therefore, it is relatively simple and small and light. However, the device described in Patent Document 3 basically relates to an assist device that assists human power drive by electric drive, and does not basically run by itself.
The present invention is a simple sprinter (overhead wire) that is simple, small and light, and can be self-propelled by an electric drive, with the operator carrying it alone and connecting it to the suspender. The main task is to provide a self-propelled device.
As a result of intensive studies to solve the above problems, the present inventor has conceived a simple airborne self-propelled device capable of self-propelling with the power of an electric motor such as an electric driver main body. It came to complete.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.
1. About the overhead traveling device self-propelled device (hereinafter referred to as “the present invention device”) according to the present invention.
1-1 Roller Unit The device of the present invention includes a roller unit having one or two or more rollers that are rotated by a driving force of an electric motor.
As the “electric motor”, even if an operator rides on the overhead wire travel device, the roller included in the roller unit of the present invention device is sufficiently rotated to allow the overhead wire travel device to self-travel along the overhead wire. Although it will not restrict | limit especially if it has the driving force (torque) which can be performed, For example, electric screwdriver main bodies, such as an electric drill driver, an impact driver, an electric drill, can be mentioned, for example. These electric screwdriver bodies are generally commercially available and simple and preferable, and an electric screwdriver body provided with a replaceable charger is more preferable. If it is an electric screwdriver main body equipped with a replaceable charger, one or more of the chargers are transported to the workplace together with the device of the present invention and mounted as a spare on the overhead wire travel device, thereby interrupting work due to running out of battery. It can be avoided.
In addition, some electric screwdriver bodies have a clutch function, and the torque or the number of rotations can be easily adjusted, so depending on the gradient of the overhead line or depending on the speed of low speed running, high speed running, etc. Can be adjusted accordingly. Those that can adjust the direction of rotation are also convenient.
The device of the present invention can also be called the device of the present invention including the electric motor.
The roller unit included in the apparatus of the present invention has 1 or 2 or 1 to 4 rollers. Since having three or more rollers complicates the structure, it is appropriate to have one or two rollers, preferably two.
The roller rotates in synchronization with the electric motor. In order to rotate the electric motor and the roller synchronously, for example, a method of directly connecting the roller to a connecting rod connecting the electric motor (especially when there is one roller), a rotating gear is fitted into the connecting rod, and the rotating gear In addition, a method of indirectly transmitting the rotation of the electric motor by connecting the roller and the rotating gear that rotates in synchronization with a chain or the like and interlocking with each other can be exemplified (especially when there are two or more rollers). In the latter case, the diameter ratio between the rotating gear on the connecting rod side and the rotating gear on the roller side can be adjusted as appropriate. Normally, if the ratio of the diameter of the rotating gear on the roller side to the diameter of the rotating gear on the connecting rod side (roller side / connecting rod side) is large, the roller can be rotated even with a relatively weak driving force (torque) and run over the overhead wire. The vessel can be run along the overhead line, but at a lower speed. Conversely, if the diameter ratio is small, a relatively strong driving force is required to rotate the roller and cause the overhead wire travel device to travel along the overhead wire, but the speed of the overhead wire travel device becomes high.
The surface portion of the roller is preferably formed with a groove in order to improve adhesion with the overhead wire. The cross-sectional shape of the groove is preferably similar to the cross-sectional shape of the overhead wire, but generally includes, for example, a semicircular arc and a V-shape. The size of the groove can be adjusted to the thickness of the overhead line. The material of the surface portion of the roller is not particularly limited as long as it can secure adhesion to the overhead wire, friction, and the like. Specifically, for example, urethane resin and rubber may be mentioned. it can. Among these, urethane resin is preferable from the viewpoint of durability and the like.
The cross-sectional shape of the connecting rod is not particularly limited as long as it can be connected to the electric motor to be used, but a polygon that can be strongly meshed is preferable to the circular shape. Examples of such polygons include triangles, quadrangles, pentagons, hexagons, and octagons. Among these, a triangle, a pentagon, a hexagon, etc. are suitable. When the electric motor is an electric screwdriver main body, a triangle and a hexagon are preferable, and a hexagon is more preferable from the viewpoints of the shape of the chuck (holding mouth), ease of biting of the chuck, and ease of tightening.
Here, examples of the “overhead line” include a power transmission line and an overhead ground line. The device of the present invention is particularly preferably used for maintenance and inspection of power transmission lines. Hereinafter, “overhead lines” are also referred to as “overhead power transmission lines and the like”.
1-2 Bracket The device of the present invention is connected to the overhead wire travel device by combining with the bracket attached to the overhead wire travel device.
The joining of the device of the present invention and the bracket is usually performed by fitting them together. Therefore, both have a structural part which can be fitted. Such fitting is preferably performed at two or more places, and it is preferable that the lifting means becomes effective by fitting, the roller unit can be lifted, and the overhead wire can be brought into close contact with the roller. Moreover, the structure where both may fit may be a structure which can be hold | suppressed with a suitable fastener (for example, screw) for safety | security so that it may not remove | deviate during work.
It can also be said that the present invention device includes the bracket. The bracket is included in the present invention. Hereinafter, the part excluding the bracket is also referred to as the main body of the present invention.
For example, the bracket may be an independent one that can be attached to and detached from a connecting piece that connects the wheels of the overhead wire travel device, or may be fixed to the connecting piece or the like and integrated with the overhead wire travel device. When the bracket is detachable from the overhead wire travel device, the bracket can have appropriate fasteners.
Here, examples of the “overhead wire travel device” include a hoist used for maintenance and inspection of an overhead power transmission line or the like stretched around a steel tower. One having two wheels, one having four wheels, or one having more wheels may be used, and there is no particular limitation. Moreover, the thing for multi conductors, such as a thing for 2 conductors and 4 conductors, may be used for a single conductor.
1-3 Lifting means The lifting means lifts the roller unit, brings the roller provided in the roller unit into close contact with the overhead power transmission line, etc., and rotates the overhead roller along the overhead power transmission line by the rotation of the roller. It is intended to enable self-running. Usually, it becomes effective when the main body of the present invention and the bracket are combined.
The specific mechanism of the lifting means is not particularly limited as long as it has the function. For example, the lifting means 14 described in the drawings can be given. Although the details of the lifting means 14 described in the drawings will be described later, the lifting means 14 is simply fitted into the
1-4 Material The basic material of the device of the present invention is usually stainless steel, iron, titanium, copper, etc., except for some members such as the surface portion of the roller, including the bracket. Among these, stainless steel is preferable from the viewpoints of avoiding corrosion due to rain and snow, simplicity, workability, cost, and the like.
2. Method of using the device of the present invention The device of the present invention can be used, for example, as follows.
An operator carries the apparatus according to the present invention together with an electric motor to an overhead wire traveling device suspended on an overhead power transmission line or the like for performing maintenance and inspection. When the electric motor is powered by a charger that can be separated from the main body, a spare charger can be carried as necessary.
Next, at the work site, the worker himself joins the main body of the present invention with a bracket attached to the overhead wire travel device (usually coupled by fitting) and fixes the present invention device to the overhead wire travel device. . Thereafter, the overhead power transmission line or the like is suspended on the roller of the roller unit provided in the apparatus main body of the present invention, the roller unit is lifted by the lifting means, and the overhead power transmission line or the like is brought into close contact with the roller. Then, the roller is driven by operating an electric motor connected to the main body of the present invention, and the overhead wire travel device is automatically moved along the overhead power transmission line or the like while the operator is sitting on the seat of the overhead wire travel device. You can run.
The driving force (torque) of the electric motor to be used may be appropriately adjusted depending on the grade of the overhead transmission line or the like. In general, the driving force of the electric motor is increased on an upward slope, and the electric motor is stopped or the driving force is decreased on a downward slope. Also, especially when the driving force of the electric motor to be used is weak and the overhead line traveling device does not self-propell well, especially on an upward slope, the operator may assist by pulling the power transmission line. Note that when an electric motor such as an electric driver is used, the electric motor also plays a role of braking on a downward slope, the speed can be suppressed, and the risk of an operator colliding with a steel tower or the like can be avoided.
When the maintenance and inspection work is completed, the main unit of the present invention may be removed from the bracket attached to the overhead wire traveling device main unit and the main unit of the present invention, the electric motor, etc. it can.
The apparatus of the present invention can be used for overhead conductors for single conductors or overhead conductors for multiconductors such as two conductors and four conductors. When using this invention apparatus with the overhead wire travel device for multiconductors, this invention apparatus can be used 1 or 2 or more. If more than one is used, the overhead wire travel device can be made to run more smoothly.
The device of the present invention is lightweight, simple and compact. Therefore, according to the present invention, the device of the present invention can be easily transported and attached to an overhead line traveling device (scorporator) suspended on an overhead line such as a power transmission line by one worker. Then, for example, a commercially available electric motor such as an electric driver main body can be allowed to self-run along the overhead line while the operator is riding on the overhead line travel device (scorporator). Moreover, since an electric motor such as a commercially available electric screwdriver main body can be used, the device of the present invention can be manufactured at low cost.
