Description
Claims (6)
- 装置であって、
(a)吸気口、排気口、および制御可能な速度を持つ送風機と、
(b)前記送風機吸気口に動作できるように接続された吸気ポート、前記送風機排気口に動作できるように接続された排気ポート、大気に開放された大気ポート、および共通ポートを持つ方向バルブと、
(c)コネクタポート、および前記バルブ共通ポートに動作できるように接続されたバルブポートを持つ発振器であって、前記発振器が前記コネクタポートと前記バルブポートの間のチャンバー、および前記チャンバー内に回転可能ディスクを含み、前記ディスクが約360°回転される、発振器と、
(d)前記発振器コネクタポートに動作できるように接続され、患者マスクのホースを受け入れるように適合されているホースコネクタと、
(e)前記装置の動作を制御する制御装置と、を備え、
(f)前記装置が、前記排気ポートが前記共通ポートに動作できるように接続され、前記吸気ポートが前記大気ポートに動作できるように接続され、それによって吸気のために前記ホースコネクタにおいて陽圧を提供するように、前記制御装置が前記方向バルブを設定する吸気モードを持ち、
(g)前記装置が、前記吸気ポートが前記共通ポートに動作できるように接続され、前記排気ポートが前記大気ポートに動作できるように接続され、それによって排気のために前記ホースコネクタにおいて陰圧を提供するように、前記制御装置が前記方向バルブを設定する排気モードを持ち、
(h)前記装置が、前記排気ポートが前記共通ポートに動作できるように接続され、前記吸気ポートが前記大気ポートに動作できるように接続され、それによって前記ホースコネクタにおいて陽圧を提供するように、前記制御装置が前記方向バルブを設定する休息モードを持ち、
(i)前記装置が、排気中に前記制御装置が前記発振器ディスクを設定可能な頻度で回転させるオプションのフラッターモードを持つ、装置。 - 前記制御装置が手動モードを提供し、前記装置が前記吸気モード、前記休息モード、および前記排気モードにある時に使用者からの指示を受け入れるように前記装置が適合されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が使用者からのパラメータ設定を受け入れるように適合されており、前記パラメータが吸気圧力、排気圧力、休息圧力、前記フラッター頻度、および流量を含み、吸気中に前記送風機速度を設定するために前記吸気圧力が前記制御装置によって使用され、排気中に前記送風機速度を設定するために前記排気圧力が前記制御装置によって使用され、吸気と排気の間の休息中の前記送風機速度を設定するために前記休息圧力が前記制御装置によって使用され、吸気中の前記ディスクの位置を設定するために前記流量が前記制御装置によって使用される、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が吸息ボタンおよび呼息ボタンを含み、前記吸息ボタンが作動している間、前記制御装置が前記装置を前記吸気圧力の吸気モードに切り替え、前記呼息ボタンが作動している間、前記制御装置が前記装置を前記排気圧力の排気モードに切り替え、前記吸息ボタンも前記呼息ボタンも作動していない時、前記制御装置が前記装置を前記休息圧力の前記休息モードに切り替える、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記制御装置が、前記装置に所定数のサイクルを生じさせる自動モードを提供し、サイクルが吸気、排気、休息の順序である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が使用者からのパラメータ設定を受け入れるように適応されており、前記パラメータが、吸気圧力、排気圧力、休息圧力、前記フラッター頻度、流量、吸気時間、排気時間、休息時間、およびサイクルの所定数を含み、吸気中の前記送風機速度を設定するために前記吸気圧力が前記制御装置によって使用され、排気中の前記送風機速度を設定するために前記排気圧力が前記制御装置によって使用され、前記休息中の前記送風機速度を設定するために前記休息圧力が前記制御装置によって使用され、吸気中の前記ディスクの位置を設定するために、前記流量が前記制御装置によって使用される、請求項5に記載の装置。
