Description
なお、上記保護管14を混練槽1に固定するに当たり、シール管15には通気孔を開設して、保護内管17とシール管15との間の空隙20を外気に連通させ、混練槽1に蓄積される熱を温度検出端10aへ伝達させないよう冷却するようにしている。
断熱膜筒19は、伝熱の抑止のみならず、保護管14を通じて熱電対エレメント12が出力する微弱な起電力を混練槽1へ漏洩させず、同時に混練槽1からの障害性電気の影響から保護するものである。

Claims (3)
- 密閉加圧型混練機の混練槽内において混練ローターの回転により混練される高粘度混練材料の温度を計測するための熱電対温度検出器を、該混練機における混練槽内壁面に沿って流動する混練物の流動域にその感温部が位置するように装着するための熱電対温度検出器の装着構造であって、
上記熱電対温度検出器は、熱起電力を生ずる2種の金属線により構成される熱電対エレメントを保護管内に収容することにより構成して、上記混練槽に対して着脱自在に装着可能とし、
上記保護管は、混練槽内の混練物の流動域に突出させる肩部を先端部に備えた短筒状の保護チップの先端中央から、先端に半球面状の感温部が形成された保護内管の該感温部を突出させ、上記保護チップの混練槽内へ突出させる突出基端部は、上記保護内管に比して2〜3倍の外径で、該突出基端部から混練槽内へ突出する突出長さが、上記保護チップの突出基端部と保護内管との半径差と同等な長さを有するものとし、且つ、上記保護チップの突出基端部から上記突出長さにおいて保護内管の外周に接する部位までの該保護チップの肩部の外周面を、上記保護チップの突出基端部と保護内管との各半径の差に相当する半径をもった凸円弧面に形成し、
上記熱電対エレメントの2種の金属線は、その一端同士を、上記保護内管の突端に開設した細孔内に溶着して感温部を形成させると共に、該2種の金属線の他端を保護管の他端側に設けた端子台まで導線することにより、上記保護管内に収容し、
上記混練槽に対する上記熱電対温度検出器の装着は、上記保護チップの突出基端部が混練槽内壁面に沿う位置にあって、該保護チップの上記肩部が混練物の流動域に突出し、混練槽内面に沿って上記温度検出端に向かう部位を流動する混練物の流れを、該保護チップを迂回する方向に向け、その温度検出端に向かう流れの一部を保護チップから突出する感温部の頂部を撫でるような状態で流動する方向に向けるように、該保護チップが配設されている、
ことを特徴とする高粘度混練材料用混練機に対する熱電対温度検出器の装着構造。 - 密閉加圧型混練機の混練槽に装着する上記保護管が、上記感温部を除く外周が断熱性の絶縁膜筒で被覆され、内部に上記熱電対エレメントの2種の金属線が挿通される上記保護内管と、その周囲に空隙を置いて外嵌するシール管とによって形成され、該シール管の先端に、混練槽内壁から該混練槽内に突出させる筒状で、その内部に上記保護内管の先端の感温部が上記絶縁膜筒を介して嵌挿される嵌着孔が形成されている保護チップを取り付けることにより構成されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高粘度混練材料用混練機に対する熱電対温度検出器の装着構造。 - 上記混練槽が、外周に複数のブレードを備えた混練ローターが内周面との間に間隔をおいて回転可能に配設された円筒状のローター室の一対を、上記混練ローターの軸線を隣接する水平配置として相互に連通させることにより形成され、上記両混練ローターは両ローター室が互いに連通する側において下向きに回転するように構成され、両ローター室の境界部分の底面に形成された山形に立ち上がる稜壁部の上面に、上記熱電対温度検出器の温度検出端を突出させた、
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の高粘度混練材料用混練機に対する熱電対温度検出器の装着構造。
