Claims (15)
- レンズを回転成形するための装置であって、
長手方向に延びている空洞部を形成している回転可能な回転管を備えており、
前記長手方向に延びている空洞部が少なくとも1つのコンタクトレンズの型を収容できるように構成されており、
前記回転管が少なくとも部分的に不透明な材料によって作られ、
化学線の透過を可能にしている少なくとも1つの開口部を形成している少なくとも1つの部分を有しており、該開口部を透過した化学線が前記型の中の材料の重合または光化学架橋結合を促進するようにした、ことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記回転管が金属によって作られている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記開口部が、ダイヤモンド形、円形、正方形、卵形からなる群から選択された形状を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記開口部が、前記長手方向に延びている空洞部によって形成されている前記回転管の内側穴から該回転管の外面に向かって先細となっている、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記開口部が、前記回転管に入射する化学線を回折させる構造とされている、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記長手方向に延びている空洞部によって形成されている前記回転管の内側穴が、化学線を反射する構造とされている、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記回転管の第一の端部に形成されている第一の軸受け取り付け部分と、前記回転管の第二の端部に形成されている第二の軸受け取り付け部分とを更に備えており、
前記第一の軸受け取り付け部分と第二の軸受け取り付け部分とが、各々、非脆性の不透明な材料によって作られている、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - レンズを遠心成形する方法であって、
長手方向に延びている空洞部を形成している回転可能な回転管であって、少なくとも部分的に不透明な材料によって作られ、化学線の透過を可能にしている少なくとも1つの開口部を形成している少なくとも1つの部分を有する第一の回転管を準備するステップと、
重合液を収容している複数の型を、前記第一の回転管の前記空洞内に導入するステップと、
化学線を前記少なくとも1つの開口部を通して前記第一の回転管内に導入して前記重合液に当てることにより前記重合液を前記第一の回転管内で部分的に硬化させるステップと、
前記複数の型を前記第一の回転管から取り外すステップと、
少なくとも1つの第二の硬化装置を準備するステップと、
前記取り外した複数の型を前記第二の硬化装置内へ導入するステップと、
前記第二の硬化装置内で前記重合液の硬化を完了させるステップと、を含む方法。 - 前記第一の回転管を回転させて、前記型内に収容されている前記重合液が凹面形状を形成するようにするステップを更に含んでいる、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記第一の回転管の第一の端部に形成されている第一の軸受け取り付け領域、及び前記第一の回転管の第二の端部に形成されている第二の軸受け取り付け領域が設けられており、前記第一の軸受け取り付け領域と前記第二の軸受け取り付け領域とは、各々、非脆性の不透明な材料によって作られている、ことを特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載の方法。
- レンズを回転成形する装置であって、
長手方向に延びている空洞部を形成している回転可能な回転管であって、前記長手方向に延びている空洞部が複数の1つのコンタクトレンズの型を収容できるように構成されており、化学線の透過を可能にしている少なくとも1つの開口部を形成している少なくとも1つの部分を有しており、該開口部を透過した化学線が前記型の中の材料の重合または光化学架橋結合を促進するようにした回転管を有する第一の硬化装置と、
前記第一の回転管から取り外した前記型を受け入れ、前記型内に収容されている重合液の硬化を完了する構造とされている少なくとも1つの第二の硬化装置と、を備えていることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記型内に収容されている重合液が凹面形状を形成するように前記回転管を回転させる構造とされている駆動装置と、
前記回転管に隣接して設けられている化学線源と、を更に備えていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の装置。 - 前記回転管が、該回転管の第一の端部に形成されている第一の軸受け取り付け領域と、前記回転管の第二の端部に形成されている第二の軸受け取り付け領域とを更に備えており、該第一の軸受け取り付け領域と第二の軸受け取り付け領域との各々が、非脆性の不透明な材料によって作られている、ことを特徴とする請求項11又は12に記載の装置。
- 前記化学線源が、UV・LED、蛍光管ランプ、水銀放電ランプからなる群から選択された発生源からなる、ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記第一の硬化装置が更にハウジングを備えており、前記回転管及び前記化学線源が、前記ハウジング内に気密封止されている、ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の装置。
