Description
特に、課題は、生体組織へのHF電流の適用のための中性電極デバイスであって、該デバイスが少なくとも1つの熱を吸収するための潜熱蓄積体を含む、前記中性電極デバイスにより解決される。

図1は、電気手術デバイスを示す。該電気手術デバイスは、HF発生器10、モノポーラ器具20および中性電極アレンジメント30を含む。HF電流の適用の際、電圧は、モノポーラ器具20と中性電極30との間で適用される。HF処置電流は、処置されている体、本件においては、胴体1を通り流れる。モノポーラ器具20のすぐ近くにおいて、接触している組織が凝固または分離するように電流密度は高い。

Claims (14)
- − 少なくとも1つの電極(34、34’);
− 不織布を有する少なくとも1つの支持繊維層、ここで該支持繊維層は相変化材料を有し、該相変化材料は熱を吸収する
ここで該電極が該支持繊維に提供され、および該相変化材料は生体組織から離れた方を向いた該電極の第1の側に配置され;および
ここで該相変化材料が、熱エネルギーを吸収するために電極表面全体にわたり分散されている
− 該電極の第2の側と生体組織との間のヒドロゲル
を含む、生体組織に対しHF電流を適用するための中性電極デバイス。 - 不織布が支持のためであり、相変化材料が前記不織布による前記支持を補完する、請求項1に記載の中性電極デバイス。
- 不織布に接着されたPET支持体を特徴とし、ここで該PET支持体が相変化材料と電極との間の熱伝導接触をなしている、請求項1または2に記載の中性電極デバイス。
- − 熱を吸収するための少なくとも1つの潜熱蓄積体を有する冷却クッション(40)であって、手術中に交換可能である前記冷却クッション(40);
− 少なくとも1つの電極(34、34’)、ここで熱エネルギーを吸収するための潜熱蓄積体が電極に配置されている
を含む、生体組織に対しHF電流を適用するための中性電極デバイス。 - 潜熱蓄積体が電極(34、34’)に平坦に配置されていること特徴とする、請求項4に記載の中性電極デバイス。
- 適用において、潜熱蓄積体が、生体組織から離れた方に向いた該電極の第1の側に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項4または5に記載の中性電極デバイス。
- 電極(34、34’)がアルミニウム製であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の中性電極デバイス。
- 潜熱蓄積体が、相変化材料を含むことを特徴とする、請求項4〜7のいずれか一項に記載の中性電極デバイス。
- 潜熱蓄積体相変化材料がパラフィンの群の材料由来であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の中性電極デバイス。
- 相変化材料が、シリケートまたは合成繊維中にカプセル化されていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の中性電極デバイス。
- 潜熱蓄積体が、生体組織への熱的ダメージが起こる最大温度より低い融点を有することを特徴とする、請求項4〜10のいずれか一項に記載の中性電極デバイス。
- 最大温度が、70℃より低い、または50℃より低いことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の中性電極デバイス。
- 融点が、最低温度より高い、つまり25℃より高いことを特徴とする、請求項11または12に記載の中性電極デバイス。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の中性電極デバイス(30)を含む、組織を凝固および/または切断するための電気手術器具。
