第1チャンバと第2チャンバとを流体結合するように配置される、第1流体通路であって、この第1流体通路は、容器が第1の状態にあるとき、滅菌剤が第1チャンバから第2チャンバ内に移動することを可能にし、容器が第2の状態にあるとき、液体が第1チャンバから第2チャンバ内に移動することを可能にするように配置される、第1流体通路と、
第2チャンバと生物学的滅菌インジケーターの別のチャンバとを流体結合するように配置される、第2流体通路であって、この第2流体通路は、滅菌剤又は液体が、第1チャンバから第2チャンバに移動する際に、排出される気体が、第2チャンバから外へ移動することを可能にするように配置される、第2流体通路とを含む、生物学的滅菌インジケーターである。

容器が第1の状態にあるとき、容器及び液体が中に配置されず、容器が第1の状態にあるとき、滅菌剤が中に移動し、容器が第2の状態にあるとき、液体が中に移動する、ハウジング内部の第2チャンバであって、この第2チャンバは、容器が第1の状態にあるとき、液体と流体連通せず、容器が第2の状態にあるとき、液体と流体連通する、少なくとも1つの生物活性の発生源を含む、第2チャンバとを含む、生物学的滅菌インジケーターを提供することと、
(a)容器が第1の状態にあるとき、第1流体通路を介して、第1チャンバから第2チャンバに滅菌剤を移動させ、
滅菌剤が、第1流体通路を介して、第1チャンバから第2チャンバに移動される際に、第2流体通路を介して、排出される気体を、第2チャンバから外へ移動させること、及び
(b)容器が第2の状態にあるとき、第1流体通路を介して、第1チャンバから第2チャンバに液体を移動させ、
液体が、第1流体通路を介して、第1チャンバから第2チャンバに移動される際に、第2流体通路を介して、排出される気体を、第2チャンバから外へ移動させることの、少なくとも一方とを含む。
容器を断裂させて、第1の状態から第2の状態に容器を変化させることと、
容器を断裂させる間、又は断裂させた後に、ハウジングの内部を環境から封止することとを更に含み、
排出される気体を、第2チャンバから外へ移動させることが、第2チャンバを内部通気することを含む、実施形態2〜46のいずれかの方法である。
Claims (3)
- 生物学的滅菌インジケーターであって、
ハウジングと、
液体を収容し、かつ前記ハウジング内に配置されるように寸法決めされる、容器であって、前記容器の少なくとも一部分が壊れやすく、前記容器は、前記容器が無損傷であり、前記液体が前記ハウジングの内部と流体連通していない、第1の状態と、前記容器が断裂して、前記液体が前記ハウジングの前記内部と流体連通する、第2の状態とを有する、容器と、
前記容器が前記第1の状態にあるとき、前記容器が中に配置される、前記ハウジング内の第1チャンバと、
前記容器が前記第1の状態にあるとき、前記容器及び前記液体が中に配置されず、前記容器が前記第1の状態にあるとき、滅菌剤が中に移動し、前記容器が前記第2の状態にあるとき、前記液体が中に移動する、前記ハウジング内の第2チャンバであって、前記第2チャンバは、前記容器が前記第1の状態にあるとき、前記液体と流体連通せず、前記容器が前記第2の状態にあるとき、前記液体と流体連通する、少なくとも1つの生物活性の発生源を含む、第2チャンバと、
前記第1チャンバと前記第2チャンバとを流体結合するように配置される、第1流体通路であって、前記第1流体通路は、前記容器が前記第1の状態にあるとき、滅菌剤が前記第1チャンバから前記第2チャンバ内に移動することを可能にし、前記容器が前記第2の状態にあるとき、前記液体が前記第1チャンバから前記第2チャンバ内に移動することを可能にするように配置される、第1流体通路と、
前記第2チャンバと前記生物学的滅菌インジケーターの前記第1チャンバとを流体結合するように配置される、第2流体通路であって、前記第2流体通路は、前記滅菌剤又は前記液体が、前記第1チャンバから前記第2チャンバに移動する際に、排出される気体が、前記第2チャンバから前記第1チャンバへ移動することを可能にするように配置される、第2流体通路と、
を含む、生物学的滅菌インジケーター。 - ハウジングと、
液体を含み、かつ前記ハウジング内部に配置される、容器であって、前記容器の少なくとも一部分が壊れやすく、前記容器は、前記容器が無損傷であり、前記液体が前記ハウジングの内部と流体連通していない、第1の状態と、前記容器が断裂して、前記液体が前記ハウジングの前記内部と流体連通する、第2の状態とを有する、容器と
前記容器が前記第1の状態にあるとき、前記容器が中に配置される、前記ハウジング内部の第1チャンバと、
前記容器が前記第1の状態にあるとき、前記容器及び前記液体が中に配置されず、前記容器が前記第1の状態にあるとき、滅菌剤が中に移動し、前記容器が前記第2の状態にあるとき、前記液体が中に移動する、前記ハウジング内の第2チャンバであって、前記第2チャンバは、前記容器が前記第1の状態にあるとき、前記液体と流体連通せず、前記容器が前記第2の状態にあるとき、前記液体と流体連通する、少なくとも1つの生物活性の発生源を含む、第2チャンバと、
を含む生物学的滅菌インジケーターを提供することと、
(a)前記容器が前記第1の状態にあるとき、第1流体通路を介して、前記第1チャンバから前記第2チャンバに滅菌剤を移動させ、
滅菌剤が、前記第1流体通路を介して、前記第1チャンバから前記第2チャンバに移動される際に、第2流体経路を介して気体を第2チャンバから第1チャンバへ内部的に放出することによって、排出される気体を、第2流体通路を介して前記第2チャンバから外へ移動させること、及び
(b)前記容器が前記第2の状態にあるとき、第1流体通路を介して、前記第1チャンバから前記第2チャンバに前記液体を移動させ、
前記液体が、前記第1流体通路を介して、前記第1チャンバから前記第2チャンバに移動される際に、第2流体経路を介して気体を第2チャンバから第1チャンバへ内部的に放出することによって、排出される気体を、第2流体通路を介して前記第2チャンバから外へ移動させることの、少なくとも一方と、
を含む、生物学的滅菌インジケーターを使用するための方法。 - ハウジング内に配置され前記容器を破砕するように構成されている破砕装置を、更に含む、請求項1に記載の生物学的滅菌インジケーターであって、前記破砕装置は、前記容器が、前記ハウジング内において、前記容器が前記第1の状態にあるときの第1の位置と前記容器が第2の状態になるときの第2の位置との間で移動できるように、適合されている、生物学的滅菌インジケーター。
