Description
Claims (9)
- チャネルを割り当てる方法であって,
テレビ放送ホワイトスペース(TVWS)データベースから利用可能なチャネルのリストを含む情報を受信するステップと,
複数のテレビ放送帯域機器(TVBD)ネットワーク又は機器の中のTVBDネットワーク又は機器ごとに非重複チャネルを選択するステップと,
前記TVBDネットワーク又は機器ごとに,前記の選択されたチャネルに関する共存ホワイトスペースマップを生成するステップと,
前記の生成された共存ホワイトスペースマップに基づいて,前記TVBDネットワーク又は機器それぞれへ,前記非重複チャネルを含む情報を送信するステップと,を有し,
前記共存ホワイトスペースマップは,所定のサービス品質が得られる境界を示す,第1ネットワーク及び第2ネットワークの共存輪郭線に従って,前記第1ネットワーク及び前記第2ネットワークを含む前記複数のTVBDネットワークのうち一つごとに個別に生成され,
前記第1ネットワーク及び前記第2ネットワークの前記共存輪郭線が互いに重なり,かつ特定チャネルが前記第1ネットワークによって使用されているとき,前記第2ネットワーク用の前記共存ホワイトスペースマップにおいて,前記特定チャネルはTV装置によって使用中である旨示される,方法。 - 前記TVBDネットワーク又は機器ごとに第1登録要求メッセージを受信するステップを更に有する,請求項1に記載の方法。
- 共存発見及び情報サーバ(CDIS)へ第2登録要求メッセージを送信するステップを更に有する,請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記CDISは,
隣接TVBDネットワーク又は機器を検出するステップ,又は
マスタ共存マネージャ(CM)を選択するステップ,のうち少なくとも一つの機能を有する,請求項3に記載の方法。 - 前記複数のTVBDネットワーク又は機器は,種々の種類のネットワーク技術を使用する,請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記方法は共存マネージャ(CM)によって実行され,該CMは,
前記複数のTVBDネットワーク又は機器の再構成に関する共存決定を行うステップと,
共存に必要な情報を交換するステップと,
のうち少なくとも一つの機能を有する,請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記利用可能なチャネルは,前記TVBDネットワーク又は機器の位置に基づいて判定される,請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記利用可能なチャネルのリストを含む情報は,送信電力制限を含む,請求項1に記載の方法。
- チャネルを割り当てる装置であって,
テレビ放送ホワイトスペース(TVWS)データベースから,利用可能なチャネルのリストを含む情報を受信するように構成された送受信器と,
コントローラであって,
複数のテレビ放送帯域機器ネットワーク又は機器の中のTVBDネットワーク又は機器ごとに非重複チャネルを選択し,
前記TVBDネットワーク又は機器ごとに,前記の選択されたチャネルに関する共存ホワイトスペースマップを生成し,
前記の生成された共存ホワイトスペースマップに基づいて,前記TVBDネットワーク又は機器それぞれへ,前記非重複チャネルを含む情報を送信するように前記送受信器を制御する,ように構成されたコントローラと,を備え,
前記共存ホワイトスペースマップは,所定のサービス品質が得られる境界を示す,第1ネットワーク及び第2ネットワークの共存輪郭線に従って,前記第1ネットワーク及び前記第2ネットワークを含む前記複数のTVBDネットワークの一つごとに個別に生成され,
前記第1ネットワーク及び前記第2ネットワークの前記共存輪郭線が互いに重なり,かつ特定チャネルが前記第1ネットワークによって使用されているとき,前記第2ネットワーク用の前記共存ホワイトスペースマップにおいて,前記特定チャネルはTV装置によって使用中である旨示される,装置。
