Claims (8)
- 閉位置と開位置との間で可動する二つの接触可能な電極(1、2)と、
前記電極(1、2)をそれぞれ支持する二つの接触支持部(3、4)と、
前記接触支持部(3、4)を繋ぐとともに、前記電極(1、2)の対向部位を囲む、フード(29)と
を含み、
前記フード(29)が、誘電体の主部(30)と、前記主部(30)の端部と前記接触支持部(3、4)とを連結する二つのカラー(31、32)とを含む、
アーク制御チャンバー装置であって、
前記カラー(31、32)が、前記電極(1、2)の前記対向部位が延びる前記フード(29)の内側の内部空間(57)を、前記フード(29)の外側の外部空間(58)と連通させるとともに、前記内部空間(57)を囲む、開口部(47、48)をそれぞれ備え、
前記カラー(31、32)それぞれが、前記主部(30)を越えて半径外側方向に突出する、連続隔壁(35、36)を含むとともに、前記開口部(47、48)が、前記主部(30)と前記連続隔壁(35、36)との間で、前記カラー(31、32)を通じて広がること、
を特徴とする該装置。 - 前記カラーそれぞれが、対応する前記接触支持部(3、4)に接する支持リング(33、34)と、前記主部を支持するための内側部(43、44)とを含み、前記連続隔壁(35、36)が前記支持リングに繋がり、前記開口部が前記連続隔壁と前記内側部との間に広がること、
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記内側部(43、44)が、前記連続隔壁(35、36)に組み付けられ、前記開口部が、前記連続隔壁上に設けられ、前記内側部が支持される、タブ(41、42)の間に広がること、
を特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。 - 前記カラーそれぞれが、前記連続隔壁に繋がり前記内側部を囲む前方ブッシング(37、38)を含み、前記開口部が、前記内側部と前記前方ブッシングとの間に広がること、
を特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の装置。 - 前記前方ブッシング(37、38)それぞれが、自由端に、前記主部(30)に向かって突出する丸いビード(55、56)を含むこと、
を特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。 - 前記接触支持部(3、4)それぞれが、対応する前記電極の開放後方端からのガス流の経路を規定する外側の端部(15、16)を有し、前記端部が、対応する前記連続隔壁に向かって開口し、前記カラー(39、40)それぞれが、前記連続隔壁に繋がり対応する前記外側の端部の一端を囲む後方ブッシングを有すること、
を特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記カラーの前記内側部それぞれが、フィールド電極(45、46)を支持し、前記フィールド電極が前記接触電極(1、2)を囲むとともに、前記開口部が前記接触電極と前記フィールド電極との間に広がること、
を特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。 - 前記開口部が、対流による換気ガス流に、空間(57)の中央を貫通する対角線経路を与えるように、一方の前記カラー(31)の角部分と他方の前記カラー(32)の対角部分とに亘って広がること、
を特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
