Description
前記曝気処理と前記再曝気処理をORP値0mV〜300mV、DO値0〜3mg/Lの範囲で行うことにより、前記再曝気処理後の上澄水の硝酸イオン濃度が100mg/L〜500mg/Lとなるように調整することを特徴とする。
乳牛飼育畜舎から回収した糞尿水(MLSS=3000mg/L)を図1に示すような回分式曝気槽に投入して低曝気処理した。回分式曝気槽は、回分槽区1と貯留槽区2で構成されており、糞尿水は回分槽1に投入し、エアーライン3からの送気により、DO値0〜1mg/Lで2〜3週間低曝気処理を続けた。
上記本発明の液肥をミニトマトの潅水に使用し、堆肥(市販品)を追肥する栽培法と収量等を比較した。ミニトマトを液肥区、堆肥区画4株ずつ13Lのポットに一本仕立てで植え付けた。ハウス内で管理し、土が乾燥したら株当たり1L潅水し(液肥区は上記液肥、堆肥区は堆肥に水)、堆肥区は第1花房がふくらんでから、10日に1回堆肥を株当たり100g追加した。なお、液肥の硝酸イオンは200mg/L、堆肥の窒素は2%であった。表3に液肥区と堆肥区におけるミニトマトの収量と品質(4株の平均値)、表4にミニトマトの株の生育及び土壌の性状(4株の平均値)を示す。
芝生の潅水に上記本発明の液肥を使用(試験区)し、水(水道水)を潅水した場合(対照区)と、芝生の生長、土壌の透水性等を比較した。期間は約6ヶ月間、芝生300m2に毎週1回300L潅水した。他の肥料散布は行わなかった。液肥の硝酸イオンは200〜250mg/Lであった。
ペチュニア、ビオラの花苗について、本発明の液肥を使用した場合と、市販の液肥を使用した場合の花苗の生育状態(草丈、株幅、葉長、葉幅、葉色)を測定した。

Claims (1)
- 有機性廃棄物を曝気処理した後、汚泥分離して得られた上澄水を再曝気処理し、得られた再曝気処理後の上澄水を液肥とする液肥の製造方法であって、
前記曝気処理と前記再曝気処理をORP値0mV〜300mV、DO値0〜3mg/Lの範囲で行うことにより、前記再曝気処理後の上澄水の硝酸イオン濃度が100mg/L〜500mg/Lとなるように調整することを特徴とする液肥の製造方法。
