Description
本実施形態では、たとえ電圧計測回路14自体に故障が生じても、二次電池の異常あるいは入力側サンプリングスイッチの閉故障による異常を確実に検出すべく、電圧計測回路14とは別個に、あるいは電圧計測回路14とは独立に異常電圧を検出する回路を備える。
Claims (2)
- 二次電池の電圧検出回路であって、
前記二次電池の両端子に入力側スイッチを介して接続され、前記二次電池により充電されるキャパシタと、
前記キャパシタに出力側スイッチを介して接続され、前記キャパシタの端子電圧を計測することで前記二次電池の電圧を計測する電圧計測回路と、
前記入力側スイッチと前記電圧計測回路の間に接続され、前記電圧計測回路を異常電圧から保護する保護回路と、
前記保護回路内に設けられて前記保護回路に接続され、前記異常電圧を検出し過電圧検出信号として出力する、前記電圧計測回路とは別に設けられる検出回路と、
前記過電圧検出信号が供給されるマイコンと、
を備え、
前記検出回路は、前記保護回路に流れる電流を検出する電流検出回路であり、
前記保護回路は、前記キャパシタに並列に接続される、互いに逆向きに直列接続される一対のツェナーダイオード又は一対のバリスタを備え、
前記電流検出回路は、異常電圧の場合に前記一対のツェナーダイオード又は前記一対のバリスタの間に流れる電流を検出する
ことを特徴とする電圧検出回路。 - 請求項1記載の電圧検出回路において、
前記電流検出回路は、
前記一対のツェナーダイオード又は前記一対のバリスタの間に流れる電流により発光する発光素子と、
前記発光素子により発光した光を受光する受光素子と、
を備えることを特徴とする電圧検出回路。
