Description
−熱的負荷(冷気による薄膜の収縮)の場合、補強部材5が存在していても薄膜に好ましくない応力が生じることがない、
−熱的負荷および均一圧力荷重(船荷の静水圧に対応)の場合、補強部材5が設けられていることで、薄膜における応力を低減させることができる、および、
−熱的負荷および非対称圧力荷重(船荷の動圧に対応)の場合、補強部材5が設けられていることで、薄膜における応力を低減させることができる
ことが示されている。

Claims (12)
- 少なくとも1つの壁部を備えた流体を密封するタンクにおいて、
(イ)前記少なくとも1つの壁部には、前記流体を密封するタンクに収容された生産物と接触するように設けられた、流体を密封する薄膜と、前記薄膜と隣り合うように設けられた支持部と、が設けられ、
(ロ)前記薄膜が、互いに平行な複数の第1列コルゲーション部(2)と、互いに平行な複数の第2列コルゲーション部(3)と、を有する、全体が長方形状の少なくとも1つのシート部材(1)で構成され、
前記第1列コルゲーション部(2)が、前記シート部材の長手方向に延在し、
前記第2列コルゲーション部(3)が、前記第1列コルゲーション部を横断して、前記シート部材の幅方向に延在し、
(ハ)前記第1列コルゲーション部(2)と前記支持部との間の空間及び前記第2列コルゲーション部(3)と前記支持部との間の空間が、前記第1列コルゲーション部と前記第2列コルゲーション部との交差部で連通しており、
(ニ)前記第1列コルゲーション部の下には、補強部材(5)が、前記薄膜と前記支持部との間に挿入され、
(ホ)前記補強部材は、前記補強部材が挿入された前記第1列コルゲーション部の形状に対応した形状を有する外側輪郭部を有し、かつ、
(へ)前記補強部材の前記外側輪郭部の内側には、前記補強部材の2つの対向する長手方向の端部を通る内部通路(9)が設けられていて、
前記第1列コルゲーション部と前記支持部との間における前記補強部材の前記内部通路(9)を通って気体が流れるようになっている
ことを特徴とするタンク。 - 前記内部通路が、前記補強部材の前記外側輪郭部の外形に対応した形状を有していて、前記外側輪郭部が、前記外側輪郭部の周縁部にわたって、均一の厚さを有する輪郭部壁部を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタンク。
- 前記補強部材の前記外側輪郭部が、前記支持部と接触された平らな基部表面を有していて、かつ、前記外側輪郭部の輪郭部壁部には、前記基部表面の両端において、厚みを増した部分が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタンク。
- 前記補強部材の前記外側輪郭部の内側には、少なくとも1つのクモの巣状補強部分が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタンク。
- 前記内部通路の内部には、少なくとも1つのクモの巣状補強部分が、該内部通路を横断して設けられ、かつ、このクモの巣状補強部分によって、前記内部通路が複数の部分に分割されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のタンク。
- 前記内部通路が、円形とされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタンク。
- 前記補強部材が、合板、ポリエチレン、ポリカーボネート、ガラス強化ポリカーボネート、ポリエーテルイミド、および発泡スチロールからなる群から選ばれる材料で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載のタンク。
- 前記タンク内に前記生産物が存在していない状態における前記補強部材と前記コルゲーション部との間の最短距離が、前記コルゲーション部の高さの0%ないし5%とされていることを特徴とする請求項1、2、3または6に記載のタンク。
- 前記補強部材が、前記第2列コルゲーション部に属する2つのコルゲーション部の距離に対応する長さを有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタンク。
- 前記補強部材が、前記薄膜と前記支持部とに対してスライド可能に前記コルゲーション部の下に挿入されていることを特徴とする請求項1、2、3または6に記載のタンク。
- 前記補強部材が、前記薄膜または前記支持部に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1、2、3または6に記載のタンク。
- 請求項1、2、3または6に記載のタンクを備えた浮設体。
