Claims (4)
- テープ状のベースフィルム層と、
前記ベースフィルム層の上面に長手方向に並設された一対のポリマーラインと、
前記ベースフィルム層の上面に長手方向に前記ポリマーラインと並ぶように形成された一対の伝導性ラインと、
前記ベースフィルム層の上面に貼着され、前記一対のポリマーラインのうちのいずれか一方のポリマーラインのみを露出させる位置に長手方向に所定の間隔毎に多数のセンシングホールが形成された上部保護フィルム層と、
を備え、
前記ポリマーラインは、漏油と反応して抵抗値が変化する伝導性ポリマーラインであることを特徴とする漏油感知装置。 - 前記一対のポリマーラインは、隣設されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の漏油感知装置。
- テープ状のベースフィルム層と、前記ベースフィルム層の上面に長手方向に並設された一対のポリマーラインと、前記ベースフィルム層の上面に長手方向に前記ポリマーラインと並ぶように形成された一対の伝導性ラインと、前記ベースフィルム層の上面に貼着され、前記一対のポリマーラインのうちのいずれか一方のポリマーラインのみを露出させる位置に長手方向に所定の間隔毎に多数のセンシングホールが形成された上部保護フィルム層と、を備える漏油感知センサーが多数の油類流入孔が形成されたパイプの内部に挿入され、前記漏油感知センサーとパイプとの間には吸着布が挿入され、前記パイプは送油管の下側に並設され、
前記ポリマーラインは、漏油と反応して抵抗値が変化する伝導性ポリマーラインであることを特徴とする漏油感知装置。 - 前記漏油感知センサーは、その端部がマンホールに引き込まれてコネクターによって他の漏油感知センサーと連結されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の漏油感知装置。
