Description

Claims (21)
- 医療装置であって、前記医療装置は、
(a)真っすぐになった状態および屈曲して展開された状態を想定して相互に連結された複数のセグメントを含み、当該複数のセグメントのうちの第1セグメントが係合要素(40)を有するインプラント体(20)と、
(b)前記インプラント体(20)の1つのセグメントに固定された、細長いロック要素(50)であって、係合要素に対応する突起を有してなるロック要素(50)を含み、ここで、前記ロック要素(50)が、前記屈曲して展開された状態に達するように偏向されるときに、ロック要素(50)の突起は、インプラント体(20)の係合要素に係合し、それらによってロックするように、前記インプラント体(20)および前記ロック要素(50)はロックするように構成され、前記インプラント体(20)に対して前記ロック要素(50)をロックし、それによって、前記屈曲して展開された状態で前記医療装置を保持し、
前記インプラント体(20)の少なくとも1つの追加のセグメント(30)が追加の係合要素(40)を有し、前記細長いロック要素(50)は少なくとも1つの追加の突起(60)を有し、
前記インプラント体(20)と前記ロック要素(50)は、
前記インプラント体(20)が完全に偏向されたとき、及び
前記インプラント体(20)が部分的に偏向されたとき、
前記セグメントのすべてが偏向されるわけではなく、
前記インプラント体(20)の連続したセグメントのおのおのが偏向し、前記突起(60)が、すでに偏向しセグメントであって、かつ前記突起(60)と前記係合要素(40)とを有するセグメントのためのみに前記係合要素(40)をロックするように構成され、
(i)前記突起(60)は歯であり、前記係合要素(40)は段であり、かつ当該歯が当該歯によって捕捉されることによって当該段と係合し、かつロックするか、
(ii)前記突起(60)は弾性タブであり、前記係合要素(40)は補足的な凹部であり、かつ当該弾性タブが当該
補足的な凹所部と係合し、かつロックするか、または
(iii)前記係合要素(40)はソケットであり、前記突起(60)は当該ソケットに対応するバルジであり、当該バルジが当該ソケットを占めることによって当該バルジが前記ソケットと係合し、かつロックするか、
前記(i)乃至(iii)のいずれか1つ
である、ことを特徴とする医療装置。 - 前記ロック要素(50)は、前記インプラント体(20)の遠位のセグメントで固定され、ここで、前記インプラント体(20)および前記ロック要素(50)は、前記ロック要素(50)に適用された張力が、前記インプラント体(20)を前記真っすぐになった状態から前記屈曲して展開された状態まで付勢する傾向にあるように構成される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記インプラント体(20)の少なくとも3つセグメントの各々は、少なくとも1つの係合要素(40)とともに形成され、当該係合要素(40)は、前記インプラント体(20)の前記係合要素(40)の少なくとも1つに対応する且つ係合する突起(60)を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記インプラント体(20)の少なくとも3分の1のセグメントの各々は、少なくとも1つの係合要素(40)とともに形成され、当該係合要素(40)は、前記インプラント体(20)の前記係合要素(40)の各々に対応する且つ係合する突起(60)を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 4つの連続するセグメントの少なくとも1つのセグメントの各々は、係合要素(40)を有し、当該係合要素(40)の対応する突起によってロックする、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 遠位のセグメント以外の前記インプラント体(20)のセグメントの各々は、少なくとも1つの係合要素(40)とともに形成され、当該係合要素(40)は、前記インプラント体の前記係合要素(40)の少なくとも2つに対応する且つ係合する突起(60)を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- セグメントの大部分は、少なくとも1つの係合要素(40)とともに形成され、当該係合要素(40)は、少なくとも1つの係合要素(40)の各々に対応する突起を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記突起(60)は歯であり、前記係合要素(40)は段であり、前記段が前記歯を捕捉したときに前記歯が前記段と係合する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記突起(60)は弾性タブであり、前記係合要素(40)は補足的な凹部である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 各セグメントが屈曲して展開された状態で屈曲すると、各セグメントは、少なくとも1つの補足的な凹部を有し、少なくとも1つの弾性のタブは、各セグメントの少なくとも1つの補足的な凹部によってロックする、ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の医療装置。
- 前記真っすぐになった状態において、前記医療装置を収容するような且つ前記インプラント体(20)を維持するような大きさの導管をさらに含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- (a)前記インプラント体(20)の前記係合要素(40)は少なくとも2つのソケットを有し、少なくとも2つの異なるセグメントの各々は、1つのソケットを有し、
(b)前記ロック要素(50)の前記突起(60)は少なくとも2つのバルジを備え、当該少なくとも2つのバルジが前記少なくとも2つのソケットに対応し、
ここで、前記ロック要素(50)が、前記屈曲して展開された状態に達するように偏向されるときに、前記少なくとも2つのバルジが前記少なくとも2つのソケットを占めることによって前記ロック要素(50)の前記少なくとも2つのバルジは、前記インプラント体(20)の前記少なくとも2つのソケットに係合し、それらによってロックするように、前記インプラント体(20)および前記ロック要素(50)はロックするように構成され、それによって前記ロック要素(50)は複数のセグメントで前記インプラント体(20)に対して前記ロック要素をロックされてなる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。 - 前記ロック要素(50)は、前記インプラント体(20)の遠位のセグメントで固定され、ここで、前記インプラント体(20)および前記ロック要素(50)は、前記ロック要素(50)に適用された張力が、前記インプラント体(20)を前記真っすぐになった状態から前記屈曲して展開された状態まで付勢する傾向にあるように構成される、ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の医療装置。
- 前記インプラント体(20)のセグメントの少なくとも半分のセグメントの各々は、少なくとも1つのソケットとともに形成され、ここで、前記ロック要素(50)は、ソケットの略すべてに対応するバルジを有する、ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の医療装置。
- バルジから最も近い隣接するバルジまでの長さは、セグメントの屈曲領域から隣接するセグメントの屈曲領域までの長さより短い、ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の医療装置。
- バルジからバルジまでの長さは、略均一であり、ここで、ソケットからソケットまでの長さは、略均一である、ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の医療装置。
- 前記真っすぐになった状態において、前記ロック要素(50)の前記バルジの少なくともいくつかは、前記ソケットの外側の屈曲領域の部分に位置付けられ、前記屈曲して展開された状態において、前記ロック要素(50)の前記バルジは、屈曲したセグメントの前記ソケットに位置付けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の医療装置。
- 前記屈曲して展開された状態において、ソケットを有するすべての屈曲したセグメントは、ソケットに位置付けられるバルジも有する、ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の医療装置。
- 前記医療装置は螺旋状である、ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の医療装置。
- 前記真っすぐになった状態において、前記医療装置を収容するような且つ前記インプラント体(20)を維持するような大きさの導管をさらに含む、ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の医療装置。
- 前記バルジおよび前記ソケットは球状である、ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の医療装置。
