Claims (32)
- 少なくとも
a.1枚の内側窓ガラス(1)と、
b.1枚の外側窓ガラス(2)と、
c.内側窓ガラス(1)と外側窓ガラス(2)との間の1つの中間層(3)と、
を備える複合窓ガラスであって、
中間層(3)が、第1の発光顔料(3a)を有する少なくとも1つの第1の熱可塑性膜(3b)と、第2の熱可塑性膜(3d)と、熱可塑性膜(3b、3d)間のバリア膜(3c)とを備え、発光顔料(3a)が、式:R1−COO−P(OH)x(0−4)−COO−R2のヒドロキシアルキルテレフタレートを含有し、式中R1、R2は、炭素数1〜10のアルキルまたはアリル残基であり、Pはフェニル環であり、OHはフェニル環に結合しているヒドロキシル基であり、xはフェニル環に結合しているヒドロキシル基の数である、複合窓ガラス。 - 第2の熱可塑性膜(3d)が第2の発光顔料(3e)を含有する、請求項1に記載の複合窓ガラス。
- バリア膜(3c)が第3の発光顔料(3f)を含有する、請求項1または2に記載の複合窓ガラス。
- バリア膜(3c)が、ポリブチレンテレフタレート(PBT)、ポリカーボネート(PC)、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリエチレンナフタレート(PEN)、ポリ塩化ビニル(PVC)、ポリフッ化ビニル(PVF)、可塑剤なしのポリビニルブチラール(PVB)、および/または、これらの混合物および共重合体を含有する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の複合窓ガラス。
- バリア膜(3c)が、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)を含有する、請求項4に記載の複合窓ガラス。
- 前記第1の発光顔料(3a)が、350nm〜450nmの範囲の励起極大、および/または、400nm〜800nmの範囲の発光極大を有する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の複合窓ガラス。
- 前記第2の発光顔料(3e)が、350nm〜450nmの範囲の励起極大、および/または、400nm〜800nmの範囲の発光極大を有する、請求項2から6のいずれか一項に記載の複合窓ガラス。
- 前記第3の発光顔料(3f)が、350nm〜450nmの範囲の励起極大、および/または、400nm〜800nmの範囲の発光極大を有する、請求項3から7のいずれか一項に記載の複合窓ガラス。
- 励起極大が390nm〜420nmの範囲である、請求項6から8のいずれか一項に記載の複合窓ガラス。
- 発光極大が430nm〜500nmの範囲である、請求項6又は8のいずれか一項に記載の複合窓ガラス。
- 中間層(3)が、0.30mm〜0.9mmの厚さを有する、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の複合窓ガラス。
- 中間層(3)が、0.50mm〜0.80mmの厚さを有する、請求項11に記載の複合窓ガラス。
- 発光顔料(3a)が、ジエチル2,5−ジヒドロキシテレフタレートを含有する、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の複合窓ガラス。
- 発光顔料(3e)が、ベンゾピラン、ナフトピラン、2H−ナフトピラン、3H−ナフトピラン、2H−フェナントロピラン、3H−フェナントロピラン、フォトクロミック樹脂、クマリン、キサンチン、ナフタル酸誘導体、オキサゾール、スチルベン、スチリル、ペリレン、ランタニド、および/または、これらの混合物を含有する、請求項2から13のいずれか一項に記載の複合窓ガラス。
- 発光顔料(3f)が、ベンゾピラン、ナフトピラン、2H−ナフトピラン、3H−ナフトピラン、2H−フェナントロピラン、3H−フェナントロピラン、フォトクロミック樹脂、クマリン、キサンチン、ナフタル酸誘導体、オキサゾール、スチルベン、スチリル、ペリレン、ランタニド、および/または、これらの混合物を含有する、請求項3から14のいずれか一項に記載の複合窓ガラス。
- 発光顔料(3e)が、Y2O3:Eu、YVO4:Tm、Y2O2S:Pr、Gd2O2S:Tb、および/または、これらの混合物を含有する、請求項2から15のいずれか一項に記載の複合窓ガラス。
- 発光顔料(3f)が、Y 2 O 3 :Eu、YVO 4 :Tm、Y 2 O 2 S:Pr、Gd 2 O 2 S:Tb、および/または、これらの混合物を含有する、請求項3から16のいずれか一項に記載の複合窓ガラス。
- 発光顔料(3e)が、アルコール、ケトン、エステル、アミン、アミド、および/または、これらの混合物を含有する、請求項2から17のいずれか一項に記載の複合窓ガラス。
- 発光顔料(3f)が、アルコール、ケトン、エステル、アミン、アミド、および/または、これらの混合物を含有する、請求項3から18のいずれか一項に記載の複合窓ガラス。
- 発光顔料(3e)が、エタノール、テトラヒドロフラン、ベンジルアルコール、および/または、これらの混合物を含有する、請求項18に記載の複合窓ガラス。
- 発光顔料(3f)が、エタノール、テトラヒドロフラン、ベンジルアルコール、および/または、これらの混合物を含有する、請求項19に記載の複合窓ガラス。
- 内側窓ガラス(1)および/または外側窓ガラス(2)が、1mm〜4mmの厚さを有する、請求項1から21のいずれか一項に記載の複合窓ガラス。
- 内側窓ガラス(1)および/または外側窓ガラス(2)が、1.4mm〜2.5mmの厚さを有する、請求項22に記載の複合窓ガラス。
- バリア膜(3c)が、コーティング(5)を有する、請求項1から23のいずれか一項に記載の複合窓ガラス。
- バリア膜(3c)が、金属コーティングを有する、請求項24に記載の複合窓ガラス。
- バリア膜(3c)が、ZnO、Ag、In2O3、TiO2、および/または、AlNのコーティングを有する、請求項25に記載の複合窓ガラス。
- 絵文字、図形文字、および/または、数字を表示するためのデバイスであって、請求項1から26に記載の複合窓ガラスと、複合窓ガラス向けの光源(4)とを備え、光源(4)が、複合窓ガラス上へ電磁放射を放出するデバイス。
- 光源(4)がレーザを備える、請求項27に記載のデバイス。
- 光源(4)がダイオードレーザを備える、請求項28に記載のデバイス。
- 複合窓ガラスを製造するための方法であって、
a.発光顔料(3a)が第1の熱可塑性膜(3b)上に塗布され、前記発光顔料(3a)が、式:R 1 −COO−P(OH)x(0−4)−COO−R 2 のヒドロキシアルキルテレフタレートを含有し、式中R 1 、R 2 は、炭素数1〜10のアルキルまたはアリル残基であり、Pはフェニル環であり、OHはフェニル環に結合しているヒドロキシル基であり、xはフェニル環に結合しているヒドロキシル基の数である
b.第1の熱可塑性膜(3b)上の発光顔料(3a)が、内側窓ガラス(1)と、バリア膜(3c)、第2の熱可塑性膜(3d)、および、外側窓ガラス(2)との間に設置され積層される、方法。 - 建物、自動車、航空機、および/または、ヘリコプタにおけるヘッドアップディスプレイとしての、請求項1から26のいずれか一項に記載の複合窓ガラスの使用。
- 自動車におけるフロントガラスとしての、請求項1から26のいずれか一項に記載の複合窓ガラスの使用。
