Description
比較例3はさらにアルミナ微粉の添加量を少なくし、粒径1mm以下のCaO/ Al2O3質量比を0.22としたものである。比較例2と比べ、CA6生成量よりCA2生成量が多くなることにより可逆線熱膨張係数は低減している。
Claims (1)
- CaO・6 Al2O3(以下、CA6)組成の六方晶系結晶のポーラスな断熱骨材を骨材として使用し、マトリックス部にアルミナセメント及びアルミナ微粉を使用し、粒径1mm以下のCaO/Al2O3質量比が0.24〜0.32となるようにした断熱耐火組成物。
