Description
70gのIgepal(登録商標)CA210(OH#214.92、分子量(MW):261)と、80.0gのUnilin(登録商標)425(OH#95.3、MW:589)との混合物を予め溶融させて、磁気回転子を入れた250mlのフラスコに入れた。フラスコを、温度計の付いた140℃の油浴に浸して加熱/撹拌した。5分後、30gのイソホロンジイソシアナート(IPDI)(MW:222)を加え、次に、Fascat(登録商標)4202触媒を3滴加えた。発熱が見られた。1.5時間後、反応生成物の(赤外)IRスペクトルを取って、イソシアナートのピーク(2230cm−1)が無いことを確認した。内容物をアルミ製の缶に注ぎ、放冷して固化させた。
Claims (1)
- 放射線硬化性固体インク組成物の製造法であって、
前記製造法は、固体顔料濃縮物をインクベースに加える方法であり、
前記製造法は、
(a)室温で固体のモノマーを分散剤溶液に加える工程と、
(b)工程(a)の溶液に処理を行って液体を除き、モノマーと分散剤とを含む固体とする工程と、
(c)加熱撹拌しながら、工程(b)の前記固体モノマーおよび分散剤に顔料を加えて、固体顔料濃縮物とする工程と、
(d)加熱撹拌しながら、硬化性成分と非硬化性成分と光開始剤とを含む硬化性固体インクベースと、前記固体顔料濃縮物とを混合して、顔料添加硬化性インク組成物とする工程と、
を含み、
室温で固体の前記モノマーは、アクリラートモノマー、メタクリラートモノマー、多官能アクリラートモノマー、多官能メタクリラートモノマー、あるいはこれらの混合物または組み合わせを含み、
前記硬化性成分は、少なくとも1つの硬化性ワックスを含み、
前記非硬化性成分は、少なくとも1つのエトキシル化オクチルフェノール誘導体を含む、
ことを特徴とする製造法。
