Claims (10)
- タンク(3)から計量ユニット(4)まで還元剤(2)を送達するための還元剤送達装置(1)であって、前記還元剤送達装置(1)は、前記タンク(3)から前記計量ユニット(4)まで送達ライン(7)を通して送達方向(6)において還元剤(2)を送達するためのパルス状に作動する送達ポンプ(5)を有し、前記送達ライン(7)は、前記送達方向(6)の前記送達ポンプ(5)の下流の領域において、少なくとも2つの別個のダクト(8)を有し、前記ダクト(8)は、前記還元剤(2)についての異なる伝搬時間を示す流路(9)を形成し、
前記少なくとも2つの別個のダクト(8)は、各々、1つの流入端部(23)および1つの流出端部(16)を有し、前記少なくとも2つの別個のダクト(8)は、壁(17)により互いから分離され、前記流出端部(16)の領域において、還元剤が透過可能な少なくとも1つの共通の壁部(18)を有する、還元剤送達装置。 - 前記送達方向(6)において前記送達ポンプ(5)の下流および前記少なくとも2つの別個のダクト(8)の上流に、共通のポンプ流出ダクト(32)が存在し、該ポンプ流出ダクト(32)から前記少なくとも2つの別個のダクト(8)が分岐し、前記送達方向(6)において前記少なくとも2つの別個のダクト(8)の下流および前記計量ユニット(4)の上流に、共通の集合ダクト(31)が存在し、該集合ダクト(31)内に前記少なくとも2つのダクト(8)が合流する、請求項1に記載の還元剤送達装置(1)。
- 前記送達ポンプ(5)は、パルス状の流れを生成し、前記送達ポンプ(5)により生成される前記流れは、前記少なくとも2つの別個のダクト(8)によって、少なくとも2つの個々の部分的流に分けられ、前記少なくとも2つのダクト(8)は、前記別個のダクト(8)において前記流路(9)の伝搬時間が異なる結果として前記少なくとも2つの個々の部分的流が干渉することによって、前記送達ポンプ(5)により生成される圧力変動を少なくとも部分的に一定にするように構成される、請求項1または2に記載の還元剤送達装置(1)。
- 前記少なくとも2つの別個のダクト(8)は、異なる長さ(10)の流路(9)を形成する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の還元剤送達装置(1)。
- 前記送達ライン(7)は、内側ライン部分(22)と外側ライン部分(11)と、を有し、前記内側ライン部分(22)は、前記送達ポンプ(5)に接続され、前記送達方向(6)の上流側を形成し、前記外側ライン部分(11)は、前記送達方向(6)の下流側を形成し、ライン接続部(33)を介して前記内側ライン部分(22)に接続され、前記少なくとも2つの別個のダクト(8)は、前記内側ライン部分(22)の構成要素である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の還元剤送達装置(1)。
- 前記送達ライン(7)は、内側ライン部分(22)と外側ライン部分(11)と、を有し、前記内側ライン部分(22)は、前記送達ポンプ(5)に接続され、前記送達方向(6)の上流側を形成し、前記外側ライン部分(11)は、前記送達方向(6)の下流側を形成し、ライン接続部(33)を介して前記内側ライン部分(22)に接続され、前記外側ライン部分(11)は、硬質プラスチックまたは金属から構成される管(12)により少なくとも部分的に形成される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の還元剤送達装置(1)。
- 圧力センサ(13)が、前記計量ユニット(4)の近接に形成される、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の還元剤送達装置(1)。
- 前記還元剤送達装置(1)は、2つの接続部(15)を有する別個のパルス減衰コンポーネント(14)を有し、前記2つの接続部(15)により、前記パルス減衰コンポーネント(14)は前記送達ライン(7)に取り付けられることができ、前記接続部(15)の一方は前記流入端部(23)を形成し、前記接続部(15)の他方は前記流出端部(16)を形成し、前記少なくとも2つの別個のダクト(8)は、前記パルス減衰コンポーネント(14)内に形成される、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の還元剤送達装置(1)。
- 前記少なくとも2つの別個のダクト(8)は、流れを加速させる手段および/または流れを減速させる手段を有し、前記流れを減速させる手段は、前記ダクト(8)における断面が拡大された断面拡大部(35)であり、前記流れを加速させる手段は、前記ダクト(8)における断面が収縮された断面収縮部(36)である、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の還元剤送達装置(1)。
- 内燃エンジン(20)および前記内燃エンジン(20)の排気ガスを浄化するための排気ガス処理装置(21)を有する自動車(19)であって、前記排気ガス処理装置(21)は、排気ガス内の還元剤(2)を計量するための計量ユニット(4)を有し、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の還元剤送達装置(1)により還元剤(2)が前記計量ユニット(4)に供給される、自動車。
