Description
・Qhyst1s:RSCPに基づいてサービングセル(serving cell)をランク付けする際に使用される。
・Qhyst2s:Ec/Ioに基づいてサービングセルをランク付けする際に使用される。
・Qqualmin:Ec/Ioに基づいた最小必要品質尺度。
・Qrxlevmin:受信信号電力測定値(例えば受信信号符合電力(RSCP:received signal code power))に基づいた最小必要品質尺度。
・DeltaQrxlevmin:(値Deltaを条件とする)存在する場合、Qrxlevminの実際値は、Qrxlevmin+DeltaQrxlevmin。
・UE_TXPWR_MAX_RACH:最大許容UL(アップリンク)TX電力。
・Sintrasrch(任意選択):Squal≦Sintrasearchである場合、周波数内(intra−frequency)近隣セル測定を行い、ここで、Squalは、WTRUによって測定された対応するセルの測定信号対干渉比マイナスQqualminに基づいている。
・Sintersrch(任意選択):Squal≦Sintersearchである場合、周波数間(inter−frequency)近隣セル測定を行う。
・SsearehHCS(任意選択):Squal≦SsearehHCSである場合、階層セル構造(HCS)間(inter−Hierarchical Cell Structure(HCS))/周波数間近隣セル測定を行う。
・SHCS,RAT(任意選択):Squal≦SHCS,RATである場合、HCS(階層セル構造)間/RAT近隣セル測定を行う。
・Slimit,SearchRAT(任意選択):この閾値は、HCSが使用される場合に、セル再選択のための測定ルールにおいて使用される。この閾値は、それを上回った場合に、RAT「m」においてUEがいかなるRAT間(inter−RAT)測定も実行しないことを選択できる、サービングUTRAセルにおけるRAT固有の閾値(dB単位)を指定する。
実施形態
1.無線送受信ユニット(WTRU)によって実施されるシステムレベル情報を処理する方法であって、
WTRUの間欠受信(DRX)動作モードのための情報要素(IE)として定義される複数のパラメータとしてシステムレベル情報を受信するステップと、
DRX動作を自律的に実行するために受信パラメータを処理するステップと
を含む方法。
WTRUのセル選択動作モードのための情報要素(IE)として定義される複数のパラメータとしてシステムレベル情報を受信するステップと、
セル選択動作を自律的に実行するために受信パラメータを処理するステップと、
を備える方法。
WTRUの物理ランダムアクセスチャネル(PRACH)動作モードのための情報要素(IE)として定義される複数のパラメータとしてシステムレベル情報を受信するステップと、
PRACH動作を自律的に実行するために受信パラメータを処理するステップと
を備える方法。
WTRUの間欠受信(DRX)動作モードのための情報要素(IE)として定義される複数のパラメータとしてシステムレベル情報を受信するように構成され、DRX動作を自律的に実行するために受信パラメータを処理するようにさらに構成されるプロセッサ
を備えたWTRU。
WTRUのセル選択動作モードのための情報要素(IE)として定義される複数のパラメータとしてシステムレベル情報を受信するように構成され、セル選択動作を自律的に実行するために受信パラメータを処理するようにさらに構成されるプロセッサ
を備えたWTRU。
WTRUのPRACH動作モードのための情報要素(IE)として定義される複数のパラメータとしてシステムレベル情報を受信するように構成され、PRACH動作を自律的に実行するために受信パラメータを処理するようにさらに構成されるプロセッサ

Claims (10)
- システムレベル情報を処理するよう構成された無線送受信ユニット(WTRU)において、
前記WTRUのセル選択動作のための情報要素として定義された複数のパラメータとして、前記システムレベル情報を受信するよう構成された受信機と、
前記受信されたパラメータを処理して、セル選択動作を実行するように構成されたプロセッサであって、前記情報要素は好ましい無線アクセス技術選択のための優先情報を含み、前記優先情報は第2の無線アクセス技術の選択を越えて第1の無線アクセス技術の選択を優先することの表示を含んでいる、プロセッサと
を備えたことを特徴とするWTRU。 - 前記情報要素は、セル選択品質測定を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のWTRU。
- 前記情報要素は、無線アクセス技術識別情報を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のWTRU。
- 前記情報要素は、セル負荷に基づいたバイアス値情報を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のWTRU。
- 前記情報要素は、前記WTRUがアイドルモードにおいて、2つの連続する測定の間に維持することになる時間値パラメータを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のWTRU。
- 無線送受信ユニット(WTRU)によって実施するための、システムレベル情報を処理する方法において、
前記WTRUのセル選択動作のための情報要素として定義された複数のパラメータとして、前記システムレベル情報を受信するステップと、
前記受信されたパラメータを処理して、セル選択動作を実行するステップであって、前記情報要素は好ましい無線アクセス技術選択のための優先情報を含み、前記優先情報は第2の無線アクセス技術の選択を越えて第1の無線アクセス技術の選択を優先することの表示を含んでいる、ステップと
を備えることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記情報要素は、セル選択品質測定を含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記情報要素は、無線アクセス技術識別情報を含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
