Claims (10)
- 互いにカップリングする、第1のコイルと入力電圧を受信するための第2のコイルとを含む変圧装置と、
前記変圧装置の第2のコイルと直列接続され、且つ前記第2のコイルのエネルギー貯蔵とエネルギー放出とを制御するためのスイッチ装置と、
前記変圧装置の第2のコイルと並列接続され、前記半導体光源に電力を提供するための出力装置と、を含み、
前記変圧装置の第1のコイルには、第2のコイルの誘導により前記スイッチ装置の導通と遮断とを制御するための誘導信号が生成されることを特徴とする半導体光源の駆動システム。 - 前記第2のコイルがエネルギー放出を行うときには、前記第2のコイルから前記半導体光源へ電力が提供されるとともに前記第2のコイルから前記出力装置へ充電され、前記第2のコイルがエネルギー貯蔵を行うときには、前記出力装置から前記半導体光源へ電力が提供されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の駆動システム。
- 入力電圧が初めて印加されるときに前記スイッチ装置を起動させるための起動装置を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の駆動システム。
- 前記スイッチ装置は、スイッチと少なくとも一つのディスクリートコンポーネントとを含み、前記少なくとも一つのディスクリートコンポーネントは、前記第1のコイルと前記スイッチの制御端との間に接続され、且つ、前記誘導信号は、前記少なくとも一つのディスクリートコンポーネントを通じて前記スイッチを制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の駆動システム。
- 前記少なくとも一つのディスクリートコンポーネントは、キャパシタンス性素子を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の駆動システム。
- 前記少なくとも一つのディスクリートコンポーネントは、前記キャパシタンス性素子と直列接続される抵抗性素子を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の駆動システム。
- 前記起動装置は、直列接続されている抵抗性素子と単方向導通素子とを含み、前記抵抗性素子と前記単方向導通素子との接続点は、前記スイッチ装置の制御端に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の駆動システム。
- 半導体光源負荷と、
互いにカップリングする、第1のコイルと入力電圧を受信するための第2のコイルとを含む変圧装置と、
前記変圧装置の第2のコイルと直列接続され、且つ前記第2のコイルのエネルギー貯蔵とエネルギー放出とを制御するためのスイッチ装置と、
前記変圧装置の第2のコイルと並列接続され、かつ前記半導体光源負荷に電力を提供するための出力装置と、を含み、
前記変圧装置の第1のコイルには、第2のコイルの誘導により前記スイッチ装置の導通と遮断とを制御するための誘導信号が生成されることを特徴とする半導体照明装置。 - 前記スイッチ装置は、スイッチと少なくとも一つのディスクリートコンポーネントとを含み、前記少なくとも一つのディスクリートコンポーネントは、前記第1のコイルと前記スイッチの制御端との間に接続され、且つ、前記誘導信号は、前記少なくとも一つのディスクリートコンポーネントを通じて前記スイッチを制御することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の半導体照明装置。
- 入力電圧が初めて印加されるときに前記スイッチ装置を起動させるための起動装置を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の半導体照明装置。
