Claims (14)
- インプラントを骨に固定するための支持ピンであって、
丸い外形を含みかつ第1のねじ部を含む近位端にある頭部と、
前記頭部から遠位に延在しかつその長さの少なくとも一部に延在する第2のねじ部を含むシャフトであって、前記シャフトに沿った前記第2のねじ部の遠位端の位置は、インプラントが骨に沿った位置にある場合に、前記支持ピンによって前記骨に固定される前記インプラントの穴の近位端と前記骨の表面との間の距離に等しい距離だけ前記第1のねじ部の遠位端から離間しているシャフトと、
を含む支持ピン。 - 前記第1のねじ部のピッチは、前記第2のねじ部のピッチと同じである、請求項1に記載の支持ピン。
- 前記第1のねじ部は二条ねじ部である、請求項1に記載の支持ピン。
- 前記第2のねじ部は一条ねじ部である、請求項1に記載の支持ピン。
- 前記第2のねじ部は、その近位端の前記第2のねじ部の直径がその遠位端の直径よりも大きくなるように先細りになっている、請求項1に記載の支持ピン。
- 前記第2のねじ部のテーパ角は約10°である、請求項5に記載の支持ピン。
- 前記頭部の外形は、許容される範囲の角度形成の範囲内の任意の角度で、角度可変な固定用穴を通して前記頭部を挿入することができるように、前記頭部が挿入される前記角度可変な固定用穴に対応するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の支持ピン。
- 前記頭部は、±15の°の角度形成の範囲内の角度可変な固定用穴を通して前記支持ピンを挿入することができるように構成されている、請求項7に記載の支持ピン。
- 前記シャフトの遠位端は丸くなっている、請求項1に記載の支持ピン。
- 前記第1のねじ部のピッチは前記第2のねじ部のピッチよりも小さい、請求項1に記載の支持ピン。
- 前記第2のねじ部のピッチはその長さによって変わる、請求項10に記載の支持ピン。
- 前記第1のねじ部と前記第2のねじ部との間にねじ山のない部分をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の支持ピン。
- 駆動機構との係合を可能にするように構成された前記頭部の近位面上に駆動装置凹部をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の支持ピン。
- 前記頭部の外形は球状および円錐形のうちの1つである、請求項1に記載の支持ピン。
