Description
最初に、図1〜図5を参照して、第1の実施形態について説明する。
図5(a)に示す弁棒9(素材)を、図5(b)に示すように放電加工機(放電加工機の大部分を図示省略)の電気絶縁性のある油Lの満たされた加工槽101内の所定位置にセットする。
当該(I)薄膜形成工程が終了した後に、図5(c)に示すように、加工槽101内の油L中において、薄膜形成後の弁棒9と電極102の先端面との間に微小間隙を保持した状態でパルス状の放電を発生させ、その放電エネルギーによって、弁棒9に形成された薄膜103を成長させて、弁棒9に肉盛部11aを形成する。
次に、図1〜図5を再び参照するとともに、図6を参照して、第2の実施形態について説明する。

前記肉盛部は、金属を主成分とする成形体により構成される電極と前記弁棒又は前記ブッシュの被処理部との間にパルス状の放電を発生させて前記電極の材料を前記被処理部の表面において前記被処理部を回転させその軸方向に螺旋状に溶着させ堆積させることによって形成されたものであることを特徴とする弁装置。 - 前記肉盛部は、前記電極の材料の粒子が前記被処理部の表面から拡散浸透した拡散浸透層と、前記拡散浸透層に前記電極の材料の粒子が溶着して堆積した堆積層とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の弁装置。
- 前記肉盛部と前記被処理部との境界近傍に、前記電極の材料と前記被処理部の材料との傾斜組成が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の弁装置。
- 前記肉盛部と前記被処理部とは、境界近傍における線膨張係数が略等しいことを特徴と
する請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の弁装置。 - 前記肉盛部は、コバルト基硬質合金、ニッケル基硬質合金、セラミックス材の少なくともいずれかを含む材料で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の弁装置。
- 前記肉盛部は、前記弁棒又は前記ブッシュの前記被処理部の表面において前記被処理部を回転させその軸方向に螺旋状に複数条で種類の異なる材料により溶着させ堆積させることによって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の弁装置。
- 弁開閉に伴って動作する可動部材とこの可動部材に摺接又は当接する静止部材とを含む弁装置の製造方法であって、
電気絶縁性のある液中又は気中において、金属を主成分とする成形体により構成される電極と前記可動部材又は前記静止部材の被処理部との間にパルス状の放電を発生させて前記電極の材料を前記被処理部の表面において前記被処理部を回転させその軸方向に螺旋状に溶着させ堆積させることによって、前記可動部材又は前記静止部材の少なくとも一方の摺接面又は当接部に肉盛部を形成することを含むことを特徴とする弁装置の製造方法。 - 弁開閉に伴って動作する可動部材とこの可動部材に摺接又は当接する静止部材とを含む弁装置の修理方法であって、
前記可動部材又は前記静止部材の少なくとも一方の摺接面又は当接部に生じた損傷がある被処理部を平面状に除去し、
電気絶縁性のある液中又は気中において、金属を主成分とする成形体により構成される電極と前記被処理部との間にパルス状の放電を発生させて前記電極の材料を前記被処理部の表面において前記被処理部を回転させその軸方向に螺旋状に溶着させ堆積させることによって、前記可動部材又は前記静止部材の少なくとも一方の摺接面又は当接部に肉盛部を形成する
ことを含むことを特徴とする弁装置の修理方法。
