Description
Claims (11)
- 機械の固定部に対する該機械の可動部の位置測定に用いられる測定スケールを取り付けるための測定スケールトラックストリップであって、
該トラックストリップの長手方向に沿って間隔をおいて配置された複数の突出部を備え、
該複数の突出部は、前記トラックストリップが前記固定部または前記可動部である基体上に直接的に取り付けられたとき、測定スケールの部分が、該測定スケールを前記基体に対して直接的に保持するように該突出部の下に入れられ得るように構成されていて、
前記測定スケールが前記トラックストリップの前記突出部と前記基体との間に配置されているとき、前記突出部は、前記トラックストリップに対する、該トラックストリップの前記長手方向に沿った該測定スケールの動きを可能にする、
測定スケールトラックストリップ。 - 使用中のときに、測定軸線に対して直交する測定スケールの横の動きを制限するように、測定スケールの長手方向縁部と接するための側部当接面を備える、請求項1に記載の測定スケールトラックストリップ。
- 前記当接面は、測定スケールの横方向位置を制御するように、各々が測定スケールの前記長手方向縁部の局所的領域と接するためにある、前記トラックストリップの前記長手方向に沿って間隔をおいて配置された複数の当接部を備えている、請求項2に記載の測定スケールトラックストリップ。
- 前記当接部の少なくとも幾つかは、前記トラックストリップの前記長手方向に沿う異なるポイントで、前記突出部に対して位置づけられている、請求項3に記載の測定スケールトラックストリップ。
- 少なくとも1つのスペーサーによってつなげられて離隔関係に保持される、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の少なくとも第1および第2測定スケールトラックストリップを備え、該少なくとも1つのスペーサーは、一旦、該少なくとも第1および第2測定スケールトラックストリップが基体に固定されると、取り除かれるように構成されている、測定スケールトラック。
- 前記少なくとも1つのスペーサーは、前記少なくとも第1および第2測定スケールトラックストリップに壊れ易いようにつなげられる、請求項5に記載の測定スケールトラック。
- 基体に配置される細長い測定スケールと、該測定スケールの長手方向の両側に接して前記基体に取り付けられる請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の少なくとも第1および第2トラックストリップとを備え、
複数の離隔配置された突出部は、前記基体から離れる前記測定スケールの動きを制限するように、前記測定スケールの方に部分的に延在する、測定装置。 - 前記測定スケールは、単一のポイントで、そのポイントで前記基体に対する前記測定スケールの動きを妨げるように、留め具によって固定される、請求項7に記載の測定装置。
- 前記測定スケールは、前記基体に対して、複数のポイントで、少なくとも1つの留め具によって、前記スケールが前記基体と共に動くことが余儀なくされるように、固定される、請求項7または8に記載の測定装置。
- 前記少なくとも第1および第2トラックストリップは、接着剤で、前記基体に取り付けられる、請求項7から9のいずれかに記載の測定装置。
- 前記基体と前記第1および第2トラックストリップの各々の突出部との間のギャップは、前記測定スケールの厚さ以上である、請求項7から10のいずれかに記載の測定装置。
