Description
・LNGの圧力を増圧する少なくとも1つのポンプと、
・増圧ポンプから流されたLNGからNGを産出するLNG/冷却剤熱交換器と、
・LNG/冷却剤熱交換器を通じて延在するとともに、少なくとも1つの熱交換器を含む冷却剤閉ループであって、熱交換器それぞれからの冷却剤は、気体としてLNG熱交換器を通過し、凝集された状態で出て、熱交換によってNGを産出する、冷却剤閉ループと、
・気体状態の冷却剤の産出に応じて熱交換器それぞれの中で使用される加熱媒体と、
を備える、LNGの再気化のためのプラントであって、NG/冷却剤熱交換器は、LNG/冷却剤熱交換器と連結して配置されるとともに冷却剤閉ループに連結され、これによってLNGはLNG/冷却剤熱交換器内において予熱され、NGはNG/冷却剤熱交換器内において、少なくとも1つの熱交換器からの液状冷却剤を用いて調整加熱されるプラントが提案される。

Claims (12)
- LNGの圧力を増圧する少なくとも1つの増圧ポンプ(A1、A2)と、
NGを、前記増圧ポンプ(A1、A2)から流されるLNGから産出するLNG/冷却剤熱交換器(B)と、
前記LNG/冷却剤熱交換器(B)を通じて延在するとともに、少なくとも1つの第一の熱交換器(G1、G2)を含む冷却剤閉ループであって、前記第一の熱交換器(G1,G2)からの冷却剤は、前記LNG熱交換器を気体として通過し、凝集された状態で出て、熱交換によってNGを産出する、冷却剤閉ループと、
前記熱交換器(G1、G2)それぞれの中で使用されて、気体状の冷却剤を供給し、且つ第二の熱交換器(D)内で使用されて、加熱された液体状の冷却剤を供給する加熱媒体と、
を備えるLNG再気化用のプラントであって、
NG/冷却剤熱交換器(C)が、前記LNG/冷却剤熱交換器(B)に連結して配置されるとともに、前記冷却剤閉ループに連結され、これによって、LNGは前記LNG/冷却剤熱交換器内において予熱され、NGは、前記第二の熱交換器(D)からの液体状の冷却剤を用いる前記NG/冷却剤熱交換器内において調整加熱されることを特徴とするプラント。 - 前記第二の熱交換器(D)及びNG/冷却剤熱交換器(C)を経由した圧力は、海水温度における沸騰圧力より高く維持されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラント。
- 前記冷却剤閉ループは冷却剤ポンプ(E)及びバルブ(F)を備え、前記バルブ(F)は、前記冷却剤ポンプ(E)からの、前記第二の熱交換器(D)及びNG/冷却剤熱交換器(C)を通じた冷却剤の圧力を、海水温度における沸騰圧力より高く制御することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のプラント。
- 前記LNG/冷却剤熱交換器(B)及びNG/冷却剤熱交換器(C)はプリント回路熱交換器であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のプラント。
- 前記LNG/冷却剤熱交換器(B)及びNG/冷却剤熱交換器(C)は、1つのLNG/NG通路と、予熱領域及び調整加熱領域の冷却剤のための少なくとも1つの別々の通路と、を有している単一の熱交換器を成すように結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のプラント。
- 前記冷却剤閉ループ内に含まれている前記第一の熱交換器(G1、G2)及び前記第二の熱交換器(D)は、半溶接型プレート熱交換器であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のプラント。
- 前記増圧ポンプ(A1、A2)は多段渦巻ポンプであることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のプラント。
- 前記冷却剤ポンプ(E)は渦巻ポンプであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のプラント。
- 前記冷却剤はプロパンであることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のプラント。
- 前記加熱媒体は海水であることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のプラント。
- 外部ヒーター(K)が配置されて、前記NG/冷却剤熱交換器(C)に連結されている前記第二の熱交換器(D)内に供給される海水を予熱することを特徴とする請求項10に記載のプラント。
- 外部ヒーター(K)が配置されて、前記第一の熱交換器(G1、G2)及び第二の熱交換器(D)の全ての中に供給される海水を予熱することを特徴とする請求項10に記載のプラント。
