Description
Claims (11)
- アノードとカソードを備え、固有の所定容量を有する電界放出光源と、
所定インダクタンスを有し、電界放出光源の前記アノードと前記カソードの少なくとも1つに接続しているインダクタと、
前記電界放出光源と前記インダクタに接続し、電界放出光源を動かすための駆動信号を供給するように構成された電源であって、該駆動信号は、前記所定容量と前記所定インダクタンスに基づいて、電界放出照明装置の共振において電力半値幅に対応する、周波数範囲にあるように選択された第1の周波数を有する第1の周波数成分を含む、電源と、
を備える電界放出照明装置。 - 前記第1の周波数は、20kHzを超える、請求項1に記載の電界放出照明装置。
- 前記駆動信号は、第2の周波数を有する第2の周波数成分を更に含み、
該第2の周波数は、前記第1の周波数より低い、請求項1または2に記載の電界放出照明装置。 - 前記第2の周波数成分は、前記第1の周波数成分に対するキャリアである、請求項3に記載の電界放出照明装置。
- 前記第2の周波数は、1kHzより低い、請求項3または4に記載の電界放出照明装置。
- 前記第1の周波数成分は、正弦波である、請求項3ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の電界放出照明装置。
- 前記第2の周波数成分は、正弦波である、請求項3ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の電界放出照明装置。
- 第2の周波数成分は、10kVを上回る振幅を有する、請求項3ないし7のいずれか1項に記載の電界放出照明装置。
- 前記インダクタは、前記アノードおよび前記カソードと並列に配置される、請求項1ないし8のいずれか1項に記載の電界放出照明装置。
- 前記インダクタは、前記アノードと前記カソードの1つと直列に配置される、請求項1ないし9のいずれか1項に記載の電界放出照明装置。
- 前記アノードと前記カソードとを備える排気チャンバーと、
該排気チャンバーに接続し、前記インダクタと前記電源を備える、下部構造と、
を更に備える請求項1ないし10のいずれか1項に記載の電界放出照明装置。
