Description
1. 2,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペンと水からなる共沸又は共沸様組成物。
2. 2,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペン99重量%〜99.995重量%と水0.005〜1重量%からなる共沸又は共沸様組成物。
3. 水と2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンからなる混合物を蒸留して、該混合物より水分濃度の高い2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンを含む第1ストリームと、該混合物より水分濃度の低い2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンを含む第2ストリームに分離し、第二ストリームから水分濃度の低下した2,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペンを得る工程を含む、2,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペンの製造方法。
4. 大気圧〜2MPaの圧力範囲で蒸留を行う上記項3に記載の2,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペンの製造方法。
5. 更に、上記項3又は4の方法で分離された第1ストリームの混合物を冷却して水を多く含む液相Aと、2,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペンを多く含む液相Bに分離する工程を含む、2,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペンの製造方法。
6. 更に、上記項5の方法で分離された液相Bを蒸留塔に再循環する工程を含む、2,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペンの製造方法。
本発明の共沸又は共沸様組成物は、2,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペンと水からなるものである。
本発明の2,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペンの製造方法では、まず、2,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペンと水の混合物の蒸留を行う。蒸留は、大気圧(0.1013MPa)〜2MPa程度の圧力で行えばよい。圧力が低すぎると還流温度が低くなり、塔内で分液する可能性があるため、0.4MPa〜2MPa程度の圧力範囲で行うのが好適である。
図1に示すフロー図に従って2,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペン中に含まれる水分の除去を行った。以下の実施例1〜3は、蒸留及び液液分離を連続操作により行う方法の例を示す。
図2に示すフロー図に従って2,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペン中の水分の除去を行った。
図3に示すフロー図に従って2,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペン中の水分の除去を行った。

- 2,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペン99重量%〜99.995重量%と水0.005〜1重量%からなる共沸又は共沸様組成物。
