Claims (6)
- 所定方向で隣り合って配置される2つの蓄電素子の間に配置される板本体と、
前記板本体に対して前記蓄電素子を配置する時に用いられる前記所定方向に延びるガイド部材と接触して前記ガイド部材に沿って移動するガイド面を含み、前記ガイド部材に向かって前記板本体から突出する腕部と、
前記板本体から前記所定方向に突出しており、前記板本体に対して前記蓄電素子を配置するとき、前記所定方向における前記板本体の位置決めに用いられる第1ピンと、
前記腕部に設けられ、前記第1ピンの突出方向と同一方向に突出する第2ピンと、を有し、
前記第2ピンの外面の一部は、前記ガイド面と同一面内に位置していることを特徴とする仕切り板。 - 前記第1ピンおよび前記第2ピンは、前記所定方向における長さが互いに等しいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の仕切り板。
- 前記第1ピンおよび前記第2ピンの前記所定方向における長さは、前記所定方向における前記蓄電素子の厚さよりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の仕切り板。
- 前記第1ピンおよび前記第2ピンのそれぞれを複数有することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の仕切り板。
- 複数の前記第1ピンと、複数の前記第2ピンとによって囲まれる領域内に、前記仕切り板の重心が位置していることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の仕切り板。
- 所定方向に並んで配置された複数の蓄電素子と、前記所定方向で隣り合う2つの前記蓄電素子の間にそれぞれ配置された板本体および前記板本体から前記所定方向に突出する第1ピンを有する複数の仕切り板と、を有する蓄電装置において、前記蓄電素子を拘束する拘束方法であって、
前記所定方向に延びるガイド部材を配置するとともに、前記ガイド部材に向かって前記各板本体から突出する腕部のガイド面を前記ガイド部材と接触させた状態で、前記複数の仕切り板を前記所定方向に配置する工程と、
前記ガイド面を前記ガイド部材に接触させた状態で前記複数の仕切り板を前記所定方向に移動させ、前記第1ピンを用いて、前記所定方向で隣り合う2つの前記仕切り板の間隔を規定する工程と、
前記所定方向で隣り合う2つの前記仕切り板の間に前記蓄電素子を挿入する工程と、
前記蓄電素子に対して前記所定方向の拘束力を与える工程と、を有し、
前記仕切り板の間隔を規定する前記工程において、前記各仕切り板を前記所定方向に移動させるとき、前記腕部に設けられ、前記第1ピンの突出方向と同一方向に突出し、外面の一部が前記ガイド面と同一面内に位置している第2ピンを用いて、前記所定方向に対する前記各仕切り板の傾きを抑制することを特徴とする拘束方法。
