Claims (13)
- 骨固定装置であって、
骨または椎骨中に固定するための骨固定部(6,21)と、
接続要素(3)を受容するための受部(7,24)と、
少なくとも部分的に可撓性材料から作られる接続要素(3)と、
前記接続要素(3)を前記受部(7,24)内に固定するための固定要素(5)とを備え、
スリーブ(4)が、前記受部内の前記接続要素(3)の周りに設けられ、
前記スリーブ(4)の内壁は、突起(16)を含み、
前記スリーブ(4)は、前記接続要素(3)の材料と比べてより可撓性の低い材料によって形成され、
前記接続要素(3)は、前記固定要素(5)によって前記受部(7,24)内に固定されていない状態で、外周に前記スリーブ(4)の内壁の前記突起(16)と係合する凹凸を有しない円形の断面を有し、前記固定要素(5)によって加えられる圧力が前記スリーブを変形させ、それによって前記接続要素の前記可撓性材料の流れを生じさせて、前記突起(16)と前記接続要素(3)の外周表面との間に少なくとも部分的に噛み合い嵌合接続をもたらす、骨固定装置。 - 前記スリーブ(4)は、前記スリーブの壁を通って一方の端部から反対側の端部に延在するスリット(15)を含む、請求項1に記載の骨固定装置。
