Claims (6)
- 加熱によって溶融する樹脂材からなる第1及び第2チューブの端部同士を溶着することにより接合するように構成されたチューブ接合装置において、
上記第1チューブを、該第1チューブの接合端部が突出した状態でクランプする第1クランプ部と、
上記第2チューブを、上記第1チューブの接合端部と対向するように突出させた状態でクランプする第2クランプ部と、
上記第1及び第2クランプ部を、上記第1及び第2チューブの接合端部が互いに接離する方向に駆動するクランプ駆動部と、
上記第1及び第2チューブの接合端部を溶融する温度まで加熱され、該接合端部を溶融するための加熱部材と、
上記クランプ駆動部を制御する制御部とを備え、
上記制御部は、上記クランプ駆動部によって上記第1及び第2クランプ部を互いに離れる方向に移動させた離間位置と、接合端部同士が当接する当接位置とに切り替え、離間位置にあるときの両クランプ部の離間距離から当接位置にあるときの両クランプ部の離間距離を差し引いて上記第1及び第2チューブの接合端部の突出度合いを得て、得られた突出度合いと、接合不良の回避が可能な予め設定された突出度合いの適正範囲とを比較し、得られた突出度合いが適正範囲外である場合に報知するように構成されていることを特徴とするチューブ接合装置。 - 請求項1に記載のチューブ接合装置において、
制御部は、第1及び第2クランプ部を離間位置から当接位置まで移動させる際に、離間位置と当接位置との間の中間位置まで第1の速度で移動させ、中間位置から当接位置まで第1の速度よりも遅い第2の速度で移動させるように構成されていることを特徴とするチューブ接合装置。 - 請求項1に記載のチューブ接合装置において、
クランプ駆動部は、第1及び第2クランプ部を駆動するためのモータを備え、
制御部は、上記モータを台形制御するものであり、台形制御における減速開始位置を予め予測された当接位置よりも離間位置に近い位置に設定することを特徴とするチューブ接合装置。 - 請求項1に記載のチューブ接合装置において、
クランプ駆動部は、第1及び第2クランプ部を駆動するためのモータを備え、
制御部は、上記モータを台形制御するものであり、離間位置から当接位置まで上記モータの起動及び停止を複数回繰り返すように構成されていることを特徴とするチューブ接合装置。 - 請求項1に記載のチューブ接合装置において、
クランプ駆動部は、第1及び第2クランプ部を駆動するためのモータを備え、
制御部は、第1及び第2クランプ部を当接位置にする第1当接制御を行ってから上記クランプ駆動部による駆動力を除去し、その後、上記第1及び第2クランプ部を上記第1当接制御よりも遅い速度で当接位置まで移動させる第2当接制御を行うことを特徴とするチューブ接合装置。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載のチューブ接合装置において、
制御部は、離間位置にあるときの両クランプ部の離間距離と、当接位置にあるときの両クランプ部の離間距離とを複数回測定し、測定結果の平均値を用いて第1及び第2チューブの接合端部の突出度合いを得ることを特徴とするチューブ接合装置。
