Description

The present invention relates to a lifting gantry that facilitates laying work of a futon and a method for laying a futon using the lifting gantry.

Various types of futons are sometimes used when performing civil engineering works such as revetment work, embankment slopes, river embankment slopes, etc., especially for the purpose of reinforcing and planting slopes (slopes).

Various futon bowls (eg, baskets, drain bowls, etc.) used in such construction work are box-shaped (boxes) by combining a panel made of a metal net (metal net) on a frame formed of a metal rod into a substantially rectangular shape. Shape), the inside is filled with gravel material, etc., the upper lid is closed, and a plurality of these are installed at the laying site.

Conventionally, when installing futon firewood on the laying site, first transport the firewood unit before assembly to the site (flat ground), assemble the bottom and side surfaces on the site (flat ground) and make the required number, then hoist (crane car) The futon was moved to the slope at the site, and the worker fixed the kite. Next, work to put cobble stone gravel into the laid fence is performed. Also in this case, gravel is moved by a crane vehicle and thrown in. Next, the gravel filled in the straw is leveled, pressed, and covered with a lid mesh (upper lid) disposed on the upper surface of the futon straw, and then the lid mesh is bound and fixed by appropriate means (for example, Patent Document 1).

Futon is superior in water permeability, is flexible, and has the advantage of adapting well to changes in the ground. When installed on slopes (slopes), it effectively discharges spring water and seepage water, prevents erosion of the ground surface, provides good calming of the soil spray, and enables greening. Demonstrate suitable efficacy. Recently, the spread of highly corrosion-resistant wire has expanded the application scenes other than slopes. For example, beach engineering works.

The first problem is that the construction cost increases.

In the conventional futon moat, the futon moat is assembled at the laying site (flat ground), stored temporarily in the flat ground, and the futon moat is laid on the slope and then filled with gravel. To install futons on slopes, a large number of workers were required. Actually, it is difficult to increase work efficiency by reducing the number of workers. Moreover, since the futon is assembled at the laying site and the futon is arranged on the slope, the gravel filling operation is performed, so the work time is inevitably increased. For this reason, it is difficult to shorten the construction days, and it is very difficult to reduce construction costs including labor costs.

This problem is the same even if the place where the futon is installed is a place other than the slope. This is because the sequence of operations is the same: assembling futons on site, arranging and fixing the bags, filling with gravel, leveling, rolling, and closing the top lid.

The second problem is that it is particularly troublesome to ensure safety during work on the slope. A lot of workers are placed on the slope, and the equipment for safety (eg rope) is used for long periods of time, such as installing futon bowls, filling gravel, leveling gravel, rolling and closing the top lid. Is required for the number of people. It took time to prepare for the work, such as driving anchors where there were few trees mooring the rope.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to enable efficient and safe laying work of futons.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object and to solve the problem, a lifting rack for a futon basket according to claim 1 includes a rack main body on which the futon straw is mounted and a plurality of detachably standing and fixed to the bottom plate of the rack main body. The gantry body includes a bottom plate having a substantially rectangular shape, a long wall plate and a short wall plate arranged on the outer periphery of the bottom plate, and at least one of the short wall plates is provided. It is detachable, and has a plurality of standing holes for standing the lifting column material on the bottom plate, and for fixing the fixed insertion material through the lower part of the lifting column material A hole is provided, and the lifting pillar material is erected by inserting the fixing insertion material into the fixing hole of the lifting pillar material inserted under the bottom plate from the standing hole.

The futon bag mounted on the gantry body is supported on the bottom and side surfaces by the gantry body including the bottom plate and the wall plate. Even if the gantry body is lifted with gravel packed in the futon bowl, the bottom and side surfaces of the futon bowl will not bend or bulge. For this reason, even if the laying site is a sloping ground, futons filled with gravel can be arranged efficiently.

Since safe and efficient laying work can be performed even with a small number of workers, work costs can be reduced and safety can be ensured compared to conventional futon laying work. It becomes possible to raise.

A plurality of hoisting column members for hoisting a gantry body on which a futon basket is mounted by a hoist (a crane car or the like) are erected. Provide multiple standing holes on the bottom plate of the gantry body, and if the fixed insertion material is inserted through the fixing holes at the bottom of the lifting column material inserted here, the multiple standing column materials are fixed upright. Can be done easily.

Claim 2 is a method of laying a futon basket using the lifting mount according to claim 1 or claim 2, and installing a futon bowl on the mount body, and before and after the kite setting stage. A hoisting machine, a column material erecting stage for erecting a lifting column material on the bottom plate of the gantry body, a gravel filling stage for filling gravel into a futon after the column material erecting stage, and a gravel filling stage The moving step of lifting the lifting column material by moving the futon to the laying place, after the moving step, the releasing step of removing the lifting column material and the short wall plate, after the releasing step, It consists of a gantry removal stage in which the gantry body is pulled out and removed.

In this laying method, a futon is installed (mounted) on the gantry body, then gravel is filled in the futon jar, the futon jar is moved to the laying location together with the gantry body, and the gantry body is removed after the futon jar is installed. is there. The lifting movement of the lifting platform on which the futon is mounted can be performed by a hoist through the lifting column. Even if the futon is filled with gravel, the futon can be lifted and moved together with the gantry body so that the futon can be laid efficiently and safely on sloping ground such as a dike slope or a retaining slope. I can do it.

You may prioritize either the installation stage or the column material installation stage. The suspension column may be erected after placing (setting) the futon basket on the gantry body, or the futon basket may be disposed on the lifting gantry after the lifting column material is erected. good. The casket installation stage, column material erection stage, and gravel filling stage can all be performed at a place other than the futon laying site.

The work in the release stage and the gantry removal stage can be performed with the gantry body in contact with the ground. Removal of the gantry body can be performed using a mobile crane or a hoisting device, for example.

The pedestal removal step may be performed after a plurality of adjacent lifting pedestals are arranged adjacent to each other (claim 3).

Many futons are installed side by side, but after placing the lifting platform at the installation location and removing the main frame before placing the adjacent futon, the side of the futon Swells out due to the weight of gravel, and unnecessary gaps are likely to occur between adjacent futons. On the other hand, if the gantry body is removed after the plurality of lifting cradles are arranged adjacent to each other, the side surface of the futon can be prevented from being bent due to the weight of gravel, and the occurrence of a poor-looking gap can be prevented.

According to the lifting gantry and the method of laying a futon using the lifting gantry according to the present invention, it is possible to efficiently and safely install the futon.

1 to 3 show an embodiment of a lifting rack for futons according to the present invention. The lifting base 10 includes a base body 11 on which the futon basket C is mounted, and a plurality of lifting column members 20 that are detachably installed on the base body 11 in a detachable manner.

The gantry body 11 includes a bottom plate 12 having a substantially rectangular shape, two long wall plates 14 and 15 and two short wall plates 16 and 17 disposed on the outer periphery of the bottom plate 12, and the short wall plates 16 and 17. At least one of them is made removable. In this embodiment, one short wall plate 17 is illustrated as being detachable. The bottom plate 12 is provided with a plurality of standing holes 18 for standing the lifting column 20.

A fixing hole 21 through which the fixed insertion member 28 is inserted is provided in the lower part of the lifting column member 20. Then, the fixing column 21 is inserted into the fixing hole 21 of the lifting column member 20 inserted under the bottom plate 12 from the standing hole 18, and the lifting column member 20 is inserted into the bottom plate 12 of the gantry body 11. Be prepared to stand up (see FIG. 3). The lifting column 20 can be formed using, for example, a thick metal plate. The standing hole 18 is desirably formed according to the shape of the lifting column member 20.

The reason why the bottom plate 12 of the gantry body 11 is substantially rectangular is that the bottom surface of the futon bag C is formed into a substantially rectangular shape. The long wall plates 14 and 15 and the short wall plates 16 and 17 provided on the outer periphery (outer peripheral edge) of the bottom plate 12 are arranged to face each other so as to suppress the swelling of the side surface of the futon bowl C (expansion during gravel filling). To do. The gantry body 11 and the lifting column member 20 can be formed of a metal plate, such as a steel plate, or a rigid resin plate. The long wall plates 14 and 15 and the short wall plate 16 (or 17) can be provided by bending or welding.

In order to detachably attach the short wall plate 17, appropriate guide grooves 19 for guiding the left and right end edges of the short wall plate 17 in the vertical direction are provided at the end portions of the long wall plates 14 and 15. The guide groove 19 may have the same vertical dimension as the vertical dimension of the longitudinal wall plates 14, 15, or may be provided only in the upper part or only in the middle part of the longitudinal wall plates 14, 15. The guide groove 19 can be configured, for example, by arranging a suitably shaped metal plate by welding or screw fixing. The guide groove 19 may be a part in which a slit (groove) is formed, or may be configured by attaching a metal plate having a flange. Since it is a place where the load of the futon bag C is not applied, the guide groove 19 does not need excessive strength. Any device that can support the left and right edges of the short wall plate 17 with a simple configuration can withstand practical use.

It is desirable to provide an engaging means for allowing the lifting column member 20 to be lifted by a hoist (a crane truck or the like) on the upper portion of the lifting column member 20. Most simply, for example, an engagement hole 27 is provided in the upper part of the lifting column member 20 (see FIGS. 2 and 3). For example, if the engagement hole 27 is provided, the rope or hook provided on the movable arm of the crane truck is directly engaged with the engagement hole 27 or indirectly via the rope or hook. The futon basket C can be lifted and moved together with the lifting platform 10 by operating the movable arm of the crane vehicle.

Therefore, according to such a lifting gantry 10, the futon ridge C can be moved to an arbitrary laying place together with the suspending gantry C while being mounted. For this reason, when the laying place is an inclined ground, etc., it is not necessary to perform the complicated work of filling gravel (filling material) into the futon 篭 C at the laying site, and the gravel is packed in a flat place where it is easy to work. Moreover, the futon can C can be laid by moving it efficiently.

The engaging means for allowing the lifting column 20 to be lifted is not limited to the engaging hole 27. For example, as shown in FIG. 4, a thread 41 is provided on the upper part of a columnar lifting column 40, and an engagement member 43 provided with a thread to be screwed into the thread 41 is provided. Because it is good. The engaging member 43 may be provided with a hole similar to the engaging hole 27 or an annular member 45 for directly or indirectly engaging a rope or hook of a crane truck. 4 shows only the bottom plate 12 of the gantry body 11, and the long wall plates 14 and 15 and the short wall plates 16 and 17 are not shown in FIG.

Hereinafter, a method of laying the futon basket C using the lifting mount 10 according to the present invention will be described. The laying procedure is shown as a block diagram in FIG.

First, the futon bag C is installed on the gantry body 11 (S1). In the heel installation stage S1, the bottom and side panel members of the futon ridge C are assembled and mounted inside the gantry body 11 (see FIG. 1). Futon 篭 C removes the upper lid C1.

Secondly, after the eaves installation stage, the lifting column member 20 is erected on the bottom plate 12 of the gantry body 11 (S2). In this column material erecting stage S2, it is desirable to erect the lifting column material 20 after installing the futon basket C in order to improve work efficiency (see FIGS. 2 and 3). However, it is also possible to dispose the futon basket C after erecting the lifting column 20. The lifting column 20 is formed in a size that can be inserted into the mesh of the futon basket C.

Thirdly, after the column material standing stage, gravel (filling material) N is filled into the futon bowl C (S3). In this gravel filling step S3, it is desirable to apply rolling pressure to the filled gravel N. Further, after the gravel N is filled, the upper lid C1 is fixed to the futon bowl C (see FIGS. 6 and 7).

Fourth, after the gravel filling stage, the lifting column 20 is lifted by a hoist and the futon C is moved to the laying place (S4). As the hoist used in this moving stage S4, it is desirable to use a mobile crane (especially a crane vehicle). As the mobile crane, various types such as a simple truck-mounted crane and a truck crane can be used. During the moving operation, it is desirable to adjust the length of the rope or hook connected to the engagement hole 27 of the lifting column member 20 according to the inclination angle of the laying site to achieve a balance when lifting. This is to ensure work safety.

Fifth, after the moving stage, the lifting column member 20 and the short wall plate 17 are removed (S5). In the releasing step S5, for example, as shown in FIG. 8, the removable short wall plate 17 is removed, and as shown in FIG. 9, the fixed insertion is made from the fixing hole 21 provided in the lower portion of the lifting column member 20. The material 28 is removed, and the lifting column member 20 is pulled out and removed as shown in FIG. Which one of the lifting column member 20 and the short wall plate 17 is removed first can be safely operated based on the inclination situation of the laying site, the size and weight of the futon bag C, the skill level of the operator, and the like. It is desirable to do in order.

Sixth, after the release stage, the gantry body 11 is pulled out and removed (S6). In the gantry removal stage S6, when the gantry body 11 is pulled out, it is desirable to pull it out to the upper side of the gantry body 11 in the case of an inclined ground (see FIG. 11). In this case, the short wall plate 17 to be removed is naturally the lower side of the inclined surface (see FIG. 8). In order to pull out the gantry body 11, a mobile crane or a hoisting machine can be used.

It is desirable to provide a connecting hole (not shown) for connecting the mobile wall or hoisting machine via a rope or the like in the short wall plate 16 on the upper side of the inclined surface. Even when there is no connection hole, the gantry body 11 can be pulled out using an appropriate member such as a tow clip.

More preferably, as shown in FIG. 12, a towing inclined member 50 may be provided on the outer side of the short wall plate 16 positioned on the upper side of the inclined surface, and a connecting hole 51 may be provided in the towing inclined member 50. . It is desirable to provide substantially triangular reinforcing members 52 and 53 for strengthening the fixation with the short wall plate 16 on both the left and right sides of the towing inclined member 50. By providing such a towing sloping member 50, even if there are some rocks or pieces of wood on the inclined surface, those obstacles are easily overcome, so that the gantry body 11 can be easily pulled out.

It is desirable to pull out and remove the gantry body 11 after arranging a plurality of adjacent lifting gantry 10 adjacent to each other. This is because if the gantry main body 11 is removed after the plurality of lifting gantry 10 are arranged adjacent to each other without a gap, the side surface of the futon bag C can be prevented from being bent, and a good appearance quality can be realized.

The bottom plate 12 only needs to have a thickness that does not bend greatly when the futon ridge C is filled with gravel (pebbles) N for filling stones and lifted. For example, a steel plate of 2 to 3 mm can withstand practical use with little bending when lifted. Of course, the wall thickness may be 3 mm or more, for example, 3 to 10 mm. However, as the wall thickness increases, the removal operation (sampling operation) after dredging may become complicated.

The standing holes 18 are desirably arranged at equal intervals in the longitudinal direction and the short direction of the substrate 12 so that the weight balance during lifting is maintained. If the fixing holes 21 are arranged in parallel on a straight line, the fixed insertion member 28 can use a linear metal wire (for example, a reinforcing bar material).

If the holes (fixing hole 21 and engagement hole 27) are provided symmetrically in the vertical direction as in the lifting column member 20 shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. Can be simplified and manufacturing costs can be reduced.

The lifting column 20 has been described as being fixed via the fixed insertion member 28. However, when a columnar or prismatic lifting column is used, a screw thread is cut at the lower end and a nut is attached. It may be fastened and fixed through.
