Description
製造される部品の複数の予備成形物の為の連続した複数の繊維素材を備えている連続した繊維ストリップを3次元織りする工程と;
ストリップから一体素材である個々の繊維素材を連続して切り離す工程と;
切り離された素材を造形し製造される部品の形状に近い形状を有している一体繊維予備成形物を得る工程と;
予備成形物を所望の形状に団結させる工程と;そして、
薬品蒸気浸透により母材を形成することにより、団結されている予備成形物を高密度化する工程と、
を備えている方法により達成される。
複合材料を脆化(brittle)無しにする機能を果たすのに十分な厚さの繊維―母材中間相を全体に得る為に必要であれば、第2中間相層(second interphase layer)がCVIにより形成されて良い(工程11)。第2中間相層はPyC,BN,そしてBCから選択された材料であって良く、そして第1中間相層を構成している材料と必ず同じ材料である必要はない。知られている如く、このような中間相材料は、複合材料の母材を通って中間相に到達する割れの底の応力を解放することが出来、そして従って繊維の裂けを導く繊維を通る割れの進行を避けるか又は減速させる。第2中間相層の厚さは好ましくは100nm以上である。
04b中において、切断が行われて、図5中に示されている如く、連結部分240cのいずれの側にも区分240a及び240bが残され、そして連結部分250cのいずれの側にも区分250a及び250bが残される。区分240a,240b及び250a,250bの長さは、作成される羽根の内方及び外方プラットフォームの長さに関連して決定されている。
Claims (16)
- 母材により高密度化された3次元織り繊維強化材を備えている複合材料で複雑部品を製造する方法であって:
製造される部品の複数の予備成形物の為の連続した複数の繊維素材を備えている連続した繊維ストリップを3次元織りする工程と;
ストリップから一体素材である個々の繊維素材を連続して切り離す工程と;
切り離された素材を造形し製造される部品の形状に近い形状を有している一体繊維予備成形物を得る工程と;
予備成形物を所望の形状に団結させる工程と;そして、
薬品蒸気浸透により母材を形成することにより、団結されている予備成形物を高密度化する工程と、
を備えている方法。 - 織られている繊維ストリップの繊維上に表面処理が行われ、この処理は繊維からのサイジング剤の除去及び繊維の酸処理の少なくとも1つを備えている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に従っている方法。
- 個々の繊維素材を切り離す以前に、織られている繊維ストリップが樹脂を備えている団結液体組成物により含浸され、そして団結が樹脂を硬化させそして熱分解させることにより行われている、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に従っている方法。
- 団結液体組成物で含浸する以前に、織られている繊維ストリップの繊維上に繊維−母材中間相層が形成され、中間相層が熱分解カーボン(PyC),窒化硼素(BN),又は硼素添加炭素(BC)から選択された材料で形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項3に従っている方法。
- 中間相層が100nmを越えない厚さを有している、ことを特徴とする請求項4に従っている方法。
- 団結された予備成形物を得た後であってそれが母材により高密度化される以前に、さらなる繊維−母材中間相層が形成される、ことを特徴とする請求項4又は請求項5に従っている方法。
- さらなる中間相層が薬品蒸気浸透により作成されており、そして、さらなる中間相層の形成及び高密度化が1つの炉中で順次行われる、ことを特徴とする請求項6に従っている方法。
- 団結液体組成物の浸透後であって素材が切り離される以前に、団結樹脂が予備硬化される、ことを特徴とする請求項3乃至7のいずれか1項に従っている方法。
- 繊維素材が成形型中で造形され、成形型中では団結樹脂の硬化及び熱分解が順次行なわれる、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に従っている方法。
- 薬品蒸気浸透の実行の準備中に行われる温度上昇の間に樹脂が熱分解される、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に従っている方法。
- 予備成形物が所望の形状に保たれている間の薬品蒸気浸透による予備成形物の部分的な高密度化により、団結が行われる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に従っている方法。
- 造形の後であって硬化の以前に、繊維−母材中間相被覆が予備成形物の繊維上に形成され、中間相被覆が炭化珪素(PyC),窒化硼素(BN),又は硼素添加炭素(BC)から選択された材料で形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項11に従っている方法。
- 高密度化が部分的に高密度化されている予備成形物を機械加工する動作によって分離されている2つの工程を備えている、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至12のいずれか1項に従っている方法。
- 織られているストリップが、ストリップの長手方向に延出した繊維素材の複数の列を備えている、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至13のいずれか1項に従っている方法。
- 複数の繊維素材を備えている連続している繊維ストリップにおいては、個々の繊維素材が縦糸方向の両端の夫々の外側に縦糸のみが設けられている特別な長さの変遷区域が提供されていて、そしてさらに、個々の繊維素材が横糸方向の両端の夫々の外側に横糸のみが設けられている特別な長さの変遷区域が提供されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至14のいずれか1項に従っている方法。
- 繊維素材を造形して得られた一体繊維予備成形物は、ターボ機械羽根の少なくとも板翼及び羽根元の為の一体予備成形物である、請求項1乃至15のいずれか1項に従っている方法。
