Description
The present invention
A buckle accommodation hole is formed in the seat cushion,
The present invention relates to a seat belt buckle housing structure in which a seat belt buckle fixed to a floor-side fixing portion is housed in the buckle housing hole.
In the seat belt buckle housing structure, the seat belt buckle housed in the buckle housing hole may come into contact with the occupant and give a foreign object feeling. For this purpose, as shown in FIG. 9 (FIG. 9 is a view corresponding to the AA cross section of FIG. 4 of the present invention), the
However, according to this means, as shown in FIG. 10 (FIG. 10 corresponds to the BB cross section of FIG. 4 of the present invention), the seat belt buckle 10 swings to the seat front side Fr. When retracted into the buckle accommodation hole H, a gap S is formed between the
Therefore, as disclosed in
In general, in the process of assembling the seat belt buckle, the seat belt buckle is assembled to the floor before the seat cushion, and the seat belt buckle is inserted into the buckle receiving hole from below as the seat cushion is placed on the floor. ing.
According to the structure described in
When the buckle insertion hole is enlarged so that the seat belt buckle is smoothly inserted into the buckle insertion hole, small items such as coins fall through the buckle insertion hole and below the seat cushion through the buckle accommodation hole.
That is, in the conventional structure, it has been difficult to achieve both assembling workability and prevention of dropping of articles from the buckle accommodation hole.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and its purpose is to accommodate a seat belt buckle that can be manufactured without deteriorating assembly workability, so that an article can be prevented from dropping from the buckle accommodation hole. In providing the structure.
The feature of the present invention is that
A buckle accommodation hole is formed in the seat cushion,
A seat belt buckle housing structure in which a seat belt buckle fixed to a fixed portion on the floor side is housed in the buckle housing hole,
A flexible member that closes the gap between the inner periphery of the buckle housing hole and the seat belt buckle is fixed to the skin material of the seat cushion,
It said flexible member is abutted to the seat belt buckle is formed in a loop shape in the longitudinal section,
The said flexible member exists in the point which swells diagonally downward so that it may be located below toward the inward side of the said buckle accommodation hole . (Claim 1)
According to this configuration, even when the seat belt buckle is pivoted and rotated forward of the vehicle around the horizontal axis on the lower end side and retracted into the buckle accommodation hole, the inner periphery of the buckle accommodation hole A gap between the seat belt buckle and the seat belt buckle can be closed with a flexible member, and small items such as coins can be prevented from falling from the buckle receiving hole to the lower side of the seat cushion through the gap.
In addition, since the flexible member is formed in a loop shape in a longitudinal section and abuts on the seat belt buckle, the loop-shaped flexible member can be flexibly bent, and the flexible member is formed of the seat belt buckle. Inhibiting rotation can be prevented.
In the assembly process, the seat belt buckle is assembled to the floor before the seat cushion, and the seat belt buckle is inserted into the buckle accommodation hole from below as the seat cushion is placed on the floor from above. Thus, the loop-shaped flexible member can be brought into contact with the seat belt buckle.
In the conventional structure in which the seat belt buckle is inserted into the buckle insertion hole of the bag-like buckle storage part in this assembling process, if the buckle insertion hole is enlarged, small items such as coins pass through the buckle insertion hole and the seat cushion from the buckle accommodation hole. The buckle insertion hole cannot be set large because it falls downward, and therefore there is a problem that it is difficult to insert the seat belt buckle into the buckle insertion hole.
On the other hand, according to the above configuration of the present invention, the bag-shaped buckle storage portion is not provided, and the seat belt buckle does not have to be inserted into the buckle insertion hole, so that the above-described problem does not occur. Therefore, the loop-shaped flexible member can be brought into contact with the seat belt buckle as described above in the assembling process, and the deterioration of the assembling workability can be suppressed.
Further, the flexible member can be made difficult to see when the seat belt buckle is used, and the appearance can be kept good. (Claim 1)
In the present invention,
If the flexible member is a carpet, the carpet can be flexibly adapted to the movement of the seat belt buckle due to a certain degree of flexibility of the carpet, and the carpet also has a certain degree of elasticity. A gap between the inner peripheral portion and the seat belt buckle can be sufficiently filled. (Claim 2 )
In the present invention,
When the flexible member is detachably fixed to the skin material of the seat cushion via the surface fastener, the flexible member can be easily removed from the skin material even after the seat belt buckle is accommodated in the buckle accommodation hole. Can be removed. Thereby, the attachment position of a flexible member can be changed and the position of the loop part of a flexible member can be finely adjusted. As a result, it is possible to more reliably prevent the flexible member from inhibiting the rotation of the seat belt buckle. (Claim 3 )
According to the present invention,
It was possible to provide a seat belt buckle housing structure capable of producing a structure capable of preventing the article from falling from the buckle housing hole without reducing the assembling workability.
Hereinafter, embodiments for carrying out the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a
Further, a pair of first
The
The buckle housing structure of the left buckle housing hole H and the buckle housing structure of the right buckle housing hole H are bilaterally symmetric. Hereinafter, the left buckle housing structure will be described. As shown in FIG. 3 to FIG. 6, the first seat belt for the central seat that is fixed to the
As shown in FIG. 5, the first
According to this configuration, a part of the first seat belt buckle 10 (the upper end portion on the seat rear side Rr of both corner portions of the upper end portion) is set in a state of protruding upward from the buckle housing hole H, whereby the seat The belt tongue can be easily inserted into and engaged with the first seat back 10. In addition, by setting the first
As shown in FIG. 4, the
For example, in the structure in which the first
As described above, the first
As shown in FIG. 2, the
The
A
As shown in FIG. 6, the gap between both inner side surfaces H <b> 1 (corresponding to the inner peripheral portion) of the buckle accommodation hole H in the seat width direction and the first
The
The
The sewing of the
Further, the
The upper end portion of one
Moreover, the
As a result, the first folded
The pair of left and
According to the above structure, even when the first
In addition, since the
In the assembly process, the first
In the conventional structure in which the first
On the other hand, according to the above configuration of the present invention, the bag-like buckle storage portion is not provided, and the first
Further, since the
The
[Another embodiment]
(1) As shown in FIG. 7, the
According to this configuration, even after the first

According to this configuration, the rigidity of the
(3) The
(4) The flexible member may be made of a flexible material such as vinyl chloride instead of the carpet.
