Claims (9)
- 眼科手術用のシステムであって、
a.レーザ光を供給するように構成されたレーザ光源であって、前記レーザ光が、約320ナノメートルと約430ナノメートルの間の波長と、約1ピコ秒と約100ナノ秒の間のパルス幅と、約0.01マイクロジュールと約500マイクロジュールの間のパルスエネルギーを有する複数のレーザパルスを含むレーザ光源と、
b.前記レーザ光源に動作可能に結合される光学系であって、前記レーザ光を焦点に集束させて前記焦点を患者の目内の1またはそれ以上の眼内の対象に一定のパターンで導くように構成された光学系とを備え、
前記焦点におけるレーザ光の放射照度が前記1またはそれ以上の眼内の対象を光分解によって変更するのに十分な大きさを有するが、プラズマおよびそれに付随するキャビテーション事象を形成する閾値を超えないように、前記パルスエネルギー、前記パルス幅および前記焦点が設定されていることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記波長が約355nmであることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記パルス幅が約400ピコ秒と約700ピコ秒の間であることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、
