可動金型が取り付けられる第1の可動部材と、
前記第1の可動部材と連結されて前記第1の可動部材と共に移動する第2の可動部材と、を備え、
前記第2の固定部材と前記第2の可動部材とで電磁石の吸着力により型締力を発生させる型締力発生機構を構成し、
前記型締力発生機構を構成する前記第2の固定部材と前記第2の可動部材の間に冷却用の流体を導入する流体導入手段を有することを特徴とする、射出成形機が提供される。

Claims (5)
- 固定金型が取り付けられる第1の固定部材と、
前記第1の固定部材と対向して配設される第2の固定部材と、
可動金型が取り付けられる第1の可動部材と、
前記第1の可動部材と連結されて前記第1の可動部材と共に移動する第2の可動部材と、を備え、
前記第2の固定部材と前記第2の可動部材とで電磁石の吸着力により型締力を発生させる型締力発生機構を構成し、
前記型締力発生機構を構成する前記第2の固定部材と前記第2の可動部材の間に冷却用の流体を導入する流体導入手段を有することを特徴とする、射出成形機。 - 前記流体導入手段は、所定の条件が成立した場合に、前記冷却用の流体を導入するように作動される、請求項1に記載の射出成形機。
- 前記流体導入手段は、前記第2の固定部材と前記第2の可動部材の間の隙間が所定値以下又は最小値になった場合に、前記冷却用の流体を導入するように作動される、請求項2に記載の射出成形機。
- 前記流体導入手段は、前記電磁石の温度が所定閾値を超えた場合に、前記冷却用の流体を導入するように作動される、請求項2又は3に記載の射出成形機。
- 前記流体導入手段は、前記第2の固定部材と前記第2の可動部材の間に冷却用の圧縮気体を導入する、請求項1〜4のうちのいずれか1項に記載の射出成形機。
