Description
本発明の他の目的は、超高分子量ポリエチレン/無機物複合材料およびその高機能繊維の製造方法を提供するもので、本発明の製造方法を介し、該超高分子量ポリエチレン(UHMWPE)繊維よりも低クリンプ,低透光と低クリープの特性を有する高強力繊維の複合材料を取得できる。

Claims (3)
- 無機物を超高分子量ポリエチレン(UHMWPE)の中に添加して製造される超高分子量ポリエチレン/無機物複合材料であって、前記無機物はアタパルジャイト,セピオライト,珪灰石,又はモンモリロン石で、その直径が100nm以下であり、長さの範囲が1000μm以下であり、無機物の改質,グラフト反応,ゲル溶液の製備,真空引き・脱泡,紡糸,空気の急冷,水相の固化および多段式変温延伸のステップからなるプロセスを経て得られる繊維強化された複合材料であり、ゲル溶剤の整備のステップでゲル溶液の透光率がゼロになった後、真空引き・脱泡のステップに進むことによって得られることを特徴とする、超高分子量ポリエチレン/無機物複合材料。
- 該超高分子量ポリエチレンの分子量範囲が、1,000,000〜10,000,000であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の超高分子量ポリエチレン/無機物複合材料。
- 該無機物は、改質,グラフト反応および超音波振動を経由した無機物であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の超高分子量ポリエチレン/無機物複合材料。
