Description
Claims (17)
- 風車(1)の発電機(6)のためのブレーキシステムにおいて、前記発電機(6)は、ロータアセンブリ(8)と、ステータアセンブリ(7)と、回転軸線(9)とを有しており、
ロータアセンブリ(8)が、ステータアセンブリ(7)の半径方向外側に配置された外側部分(11)を有しており、該外側部分(11)がブレーキディスク(12)を有しており、ステータアセンブリ(7)が、ブレーキディスク(12)の少なくとも一部と係合して摩擦を生ずるように作用的に構成された少なくとも1つの摩擦部材(13)を有することを特徴とする、風車の発電機ためのブレーキシステム。 - ブレーキディスク(12)が、ロータアセンブリ(8)の外側部分(11)から回転軸線(9)に向かって半径方向内方へ延びている、請求項1記載の風車の発電機のためのブレーキシステム。
- ステータアセンブリ(7)がフランジ(14)を有しており、摩擦部材(13)がフランジ(14)に固定されている、請求項1又は2記載の風車の発電機のためのブレーキシステム。
- ステータアセンブリ(7)が、定置の軸(10)又は風車(1)のベッドフレーム又はステータ支持構造を含んでおり、少なくとも1つの摩擦部材(13)が、定置の軸(10)又はベッドフレーム又はステータ支持構造に結合されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の風車の発電機のためのブレーキシステム。
- 少なくとも1つの摩擦部材(13)が、回転軸線(9)に関して半径方向外方へ延びている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の風車の発電機のためのブレーキシステム。
- 摩擦部材(13)が、少なくとも1つのブレーキキャリパを含む、請求項2から5までのいずれか1項記載の風車の発電機のためのブレーキシステム。
- 少なくとも1つの摩擦部材(13)が、少なくとも1つのブレーキキャリパシステムを含み、該ブレーキキャリパシステムが、ブレーキディスク(12)のそれぞれの側に互いに向き合って配置された少なくとも2つのブレーキキャリパを有する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の風車の発電機のためのブレーキシステム。
- ブレーキキャリパシステムの固定箇所において曲げモーメントが生じないように、少なくとも1つのブレーキキャリパシステムが軸方向でブレーキディスク(12)と整列させられている、請求項7記載の風車の発電機のためのブレーキシステム。
- ブレーキキャリパシステムが、ロータロックシステム(17)を有する、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の風車の発電機のためのブレーキシステム。
- ブレーキディスク(12)が多数の凹所(15)を有しており、ステータアセンブリ(7)が、凹所(15)に係合するように配置された少なくとも1つのピストン(16)を有する、請求項9記載の風車の発電機のためのブレーキシステム。
- ロックシステム(17)が、ピストン(16)を対応する凹所(15)に押し込むための自動アクチュエータを有する、請求項10記載の風車の発電機のためのブレーキシステム。
- ブレーキディスク(12)が、多数の半径セグメント(12a,12b,12c)を有する、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の風車の発電機のためのブレーキシステム。
- 請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の風車の発電機のためのブレーキシステムを有することを特徴とする風車の発電機(6)。
- 発電機(6)が、ロータとステータとを有しており、ブレーキディスク(12)と摩擦部材(13)との間の半径距離(22)が、ロータとステータとの間の半径距離(23)よりも小さい、請求項13記載の風車の発電機(6)。
- 請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の風車の発電機のためのブレーキシステムを有することを特徴とする風車(1)。
- 請求項13又は14記載の風車の発電機を有することを特徴とする風車(1)。
- 風車(1)が、発電機(6)及び/又はハブ(4)を有しており、風車の発電機のためのブレーキシステムが、発電機(6)及び/又はハブ(4)に結合されている、請求項16記載の風車(1)。
